A little disappointed

We were really looking forward to this tour and the time allowed in Zakopane and the thermal baths. Our driver was courteous and polite but a little information was passed about the area and had to keep looking the places up on Wikipedia. On arriving in Zakopane we were informed that we had 2.5 hours in Zakopane and Gubałówka hill and not the 5 hours as advertised on the website. We went up on the cable car to Gubałówka and the views were amazing. After having lunch we went back down to Zakopane but unfortunately the time had run out and we could not see anything. Onwards to the thermal baths and WOW it was beautiful. All areas clean and the waters were relaxing. A good day but get rid of the visit to Chocholow and the cheese tasting and spend more time in Zakopane.

Thank you for your opinion! However, we need to explain a few things, in the description of the tour there is information that it is not a guided tour and the driver does not serve as a guide. On your ticket confirming the reservation and when choosing your option there is information that visiting Zakopane lasts 2.5 hours and the thermal baths also 2.5 hours. Next time, please read all the information and descriptions more carefully. When it comes to Chochołów, we understand that you did not like it, not everyone has to like everything. But nevertheless many travelers like this place very much. We are not able to satisfy everyone. We wish you a pleasant stay in Krakow and all the best.

Nuestro conductor Kuba fue muy puntual y amable. Fue haciendo paradas durante la ruta en sitios interesantes que no estaban especificados en la excursión, como una pista de salto de ski y una granja de queso. Experiencia muy recomendable y completa, para hacer cosas diferentes y divertidas como subir al fonicular y darse un baño en las termas. Fue un detalle por parte de la empresa Welcome in Cracow seguir adelante con la excursión a pesar de que solo éramos dos personas, mi pareja y yo y quizás otro operador hubiera anulado la actividad por no llegar al mínimo de personas para realizar la visita, por lo cual tuvimos la suerte de hacer la excursión como si fuera privada.
