0ver 500 steps down but a lift up to ground level again. Surface is dry and good for walking on. Takes about 2 hours for the tour but allow 3 hours for whole experience. Excellent time there. 👍

Great experience and punctual. Good tour guide. All was as described on the material. The skip the cue was the best option as there was a lot of people cuing there and we just got through with minimal wait.

The size of the chambers and the whole scale of the mine is awesome. The guide, Evelina, was excellent. She was well informed, clear, efficient and conducted the tour very well. If you book through this company Poland tours you need to take your booking to the local pub up the road from the big official site and meet at a red and white meeting point sign outiside the pub

Disappointing, I would not recommend booking through the app. Delayed due to taxi, arrived before the tour was due to leave but the group left without us .

This is absolutely a great experience however I wouldn't pay Viator the €40 I paid for it. Just go to the salt mines yourself. I still had to pay for a taxi there and back. I don't understand why it was so expensive. Our tour guide was dreadful. When I could hear her I couldn't understand her. She was very slow through the mine as we always had a tour group behind us waiting for our guide to move on. I understand that there is groups constantly going around the mines at the smae time but this guide seemed exceptionally slow. And as I said she couldn't be heard or understood.

Sarebbe utile che la guida aspettasse tutto il gruppo prima di parlare perché le radioline non prendono quando lei è lontana. La chiesa di sale vale tutta la gita!
