It’s just as advertised. No bad surprises. Price was right compared to others. The people on the boat worked hard to make sure you have a good time. Food was pretty good too! Great value for the price. Also, I was having a problem with the transportation and the woman from Nova was very kind and worked things out perfectly. I wish I had her name. She man’s the WhatsApp account.

A worthwhile cruise when you are in Istanbul. Food was so-so. What was entertaining was the turkish show and dance party. Overall, it was a good experience. Beware of pickpockets when you end your Bhosporus Dinner cruise. As you aligr from the ship and walk out to the pathway, avoid walking among the crowds. You will be slowed down and ppl will come very very close to u and you wont know when you get picked as you will dazzle and focus on getting to your hotel.

Very well organised cruise , nicely set table with three course dinner . Had a choice of main meal 🤙great. Could buy alcoholic drinks to make it more enjoyable.

We didn’t see on the Viator site where we would be picked up at a pick up point. We thought they would come to our hotel. At any rate, we ubered to Taksim Square and a driver picked us up to go to the pier. The boat was newer, the food was 7 out of 10. We loved the appetizer which was an eclectic mix of Turkish bites, the fish had a lot of bones and not much flavor and the fruit was sweet and fresh. We chose the package with 2 glasses of wine each. We told Nova it was our anniversary and they gave us a great table. The entertainment was 10 out of 10. We elected to uber back to our hotel as the bus was older and filled to capacity on the way over. We preferred to go back in private transportation. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would use Nova Travel again.

Traveled with family, parents are in 50s, with my siblings (14 and 21). Perfect activity for our family. Lots of dancing and opportunities for good photos.
Communication = 10/10; Nova Cruise was very responsive
Driver = 10/10; was on time (exactly on the dot)
Entertainment = 10/10; performers were engaging and whole atmosphere was lively
Food = 9/10 (upon arrival appetizers were served on table, round of bottomless sodas and juices, alcohol was paid separately, then main course options were chicken or fish though I think they did have vegetarian options, then dessert.)
Staff = personally loved the professional photographers team, in addition to printed album they gave me the digital copies too. Burak our driver was also very accommodating. Nova Cruise & Co were very professional too and welcoming.
Overall experience = 10/10

Chaotic. I never trust Viator again. Little and bad information. They have a chat at
They don't answer and phones they don't answer. They changed our meeting point twice. Chaotic traffic and we arrived very fair, so we tried to talk to them directly. They wouldn't answer the phone. We went straight to the jetty and there was no boat there. We managed to figure out on our own that that ship wasn't sailing off that pier. We missed the boat, dinner and patience. The Turkish operator does not want to be responsible for the money. A disgrace
