Highly recommend this fun event!!! We booked the private table for 2 and I'm glad we did. We had the best seats with perfect views and it was easy to get up and get around the boat. Service was excellence for dinner, and we had many choices of dips, a lovely dinner, and even some dessert. We even opted for the wine (2 glasses each) and that was worth including! When we arrived on board, they seemed to know us already and sat us very quickly. The experiences were also so much fun seeing the traditional dancing, whirling dervish, and belly dancers. Plus, our evening views of the coast were well worth going.
While I booked the tour for 8pm start and all was confirmed and communicated regarding pick up prior to the date, the day before we were given a window of 7:15-7:30 pick up time at our hotel. This was a comfortable window given our fight time and transfer. But, on the way to our hotel, this changed to 7pm pick up and we barely arrived to our hotel.

The actual cruise was very nice from the transportation to the cruise annd the service received. I gave it a 4 because the food was average, and for the price of the cruise, I would have expected a higher quality. The entertainment was nice, but the music was so loud that it left my ears ringing for hours afterward. I would recommend this cruise, however, be prepared for very bland food.

The experience was ok and the entertainers did a nice job. We had thought you would be able to see more sights but this is not a tour for sightseeing at all. Also the “unlimited drinks” are a bit of a scam as they serve low alcohol wine which might as well be grape juice and the food was barely so-so. I think this experience is true for all of these Bosphorus dinner cruises.

This tour is for entertainment purposes with Turkish night shows and a dinner tour.

A fun evening with great views of Istanbul from the water. The boat was wonderful and the staff was attentive. Food was good and plenty to drink if you wanted. The dancers really worked to give you authentic entertainment. It made for a fun night out.

Yeah, don’t go — very sub par food. Very tight seating. Lady next to me was coughing, now I’m sick. The dancers were great and I wish them well. But the rest was just rather pathetic.

First of all, we would like to say that we are sorry for the problems you are experiencing. However, everything is clearly written in the program you purchased through Viator. You purchased knowing that the tables are shared. You reported that a sick person was sitting next to you and that you were sick because of the customer's cough. Unfortunately, we are not authorized to obtain health reports from customers. Unfortunately, the situation you are experiencing is unfortunate and it is not right for you to blame us for this. It is written in the tour program that this tour is done with a large ship and a large group.
In your correspondence with the customer representative after the tour, you wrote that you got sick because of us and that you are currently in bed due to illness. We're so sorry you got sick, but there's nothing we can do about it.
You mentioned that the food was bad. 4 types of main courses, 10 types of cold appetizers, fruit plates and desserts are served on the boat. And you are free to choose any main dish you wish. If you don't like it, you can request another meal free of charge. Moreover, we will be happy to help you as soon as you convey your complaints to the customer representative who deals with you, and he will solve all your problems immediately.
In your correspondence with the customer representative on the day of the tour, as soon as you informed him that you would be late for the tour, he took the whole situation under control and ensured that you arrived on time. So, even though you knew that you would be helped if there was a problem, you did not report the problems you experienced during the tour.

If you’re looking for that check several boxes off at once. This is the trip for you. The tour operator Shuttle picked us up right from the hotel and after stopping at a couple other hotels and picking several other people up, we made it to the pier
The ship was nice, nothing too fancy, but nice enough for the event with indoor seating so we didn’t have to worry about the wind or the cold. The staff were friendly, and the wine and drinks flowed quite nicely, and we’re included in the package. The food was OK but nothing special. But the evening views of Istanbul as we cruised through the Bosphorous and the belly dance and folklore dance shows on board made it worth the experience. If you’re trying to get a little dose of Turkish culture while enjoying some booze and views of the Bosporus, I would recommend this trip. I love Turkish food and so I was a little disappointed at the quality of food on board . It was my wife’s birthday and they brought us a cake when we let them know about it. Overall, we had a good time. The last Detail is they seat you on the table with other couples and parties, so you’re fun could be directly impacted by the type of people, you sit next to. we were lucky and we had some outgoing folks by us so it made the night way better.

I recently attended the Bosphorus dinner cruise with a Turkish night show, and I regret to say that the experience was far from satisfactory.
**The Boat and Setting: The boat itself was rather underwhelming. It lacked the charm and sophistication one might expect from such an experience. This set a disappointing tone for the evening.
**Cuisine: The food was a major letdown. We were served a three-course meal, starting with a small cheese platter, followed by a tiny salad without dressing, and ending with a meager main course. I chose the chicken, but the portion was so small that it was hardly filling. Considering the price of the cruise, I expected a meal that was both delicious and substantial, but it failed on both counts.
**Entertainment and Seating Arrangement: The Turkish night show, a key highlight of the cruise, was also a source of dissatisfaction. It only lasted about 30 minutes, and due to the seating arrangements, I was unable to view it directly and had to resort to watching on a TV screen. It was particularly disheartening to observe that all guests of a certain ethnicity, including myself, were seated together, which seemed intentional and discriminatory.
**Unpleasant Incident: An unsettling incident occurred when someone at my table accidentally dropped a $50 bill. When he went to retrieve it, the staff stopped him and accused him of stealing, insisting on checking the surveillance footage before letting him claim his own money. This was both embarrassing and deeply concerning, indicating a mistrustful and potentially discriminatory attitude towards guests.
This experience was far below my expectations and left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this cruise to others and advise looking for alternative options to enjoy the beauty of the Bosphorus.

-You stated that the ship is underwhelming, our ship is the most luxurious restaurant ship in Istanbul. It is a very large and luxurious boat, 42 meters long and 10 meters wide, with 3 decks. Pictures are available on our website.
- You stated that the food was insufficient; First of all, we do not just offer cheese plates to our customers. We offer 10 types of cold appetizers as stated on our website and Viator tour program. We offer this to all our customers, without exception, as an appetizer before the main course. A 3-course meal is offered as a main course. If you think the food is tasteless or inadequate, you can order another main course again. All you have to do is ask and you don't have to pay anything. You may be right about the taste, it may not suit your taste. However, our meals are prepared daily and in accordance with hygiene rules.
- You stated that entertainment was insufficient and there was discrimination in the seating arrangement. This tour is a 3.5-hour tour, approximately 1 hour of which is reserved for food and 2.5 hours for shows. It's definitely not true that it's a 30-minute show.
Moreover, it is not possible to fit many shows such as belly dancers, whirling dervishes, Black Sea folk dances, gypsy dances, Caucasian folk dances, Anatolian folk dances, asik maşuk, and live DJ performances into 30 minutes.
There is no privilege for anyone regarding seating arrangements. Our tables are not reserved in advance, anyone who wishes can sit at an available table. However, if you are sitting far from the stage, this is not our responsibility.
- You mentioned that an unpleasant incident occurred. We have been doing this tour for about 25-30 years and we have encountered many incidents like you described. And we had a lot of problems with that. Therefore, you cannot expect us to conclude the case without being absolutely sure. Our staff did the right thing and reached the conclusion after making sure by watching the camera footage. If a conclusion had been reached without watching the camera footage and that money belonged to someone else, this time they would have accused us of theft.
As a result, you reported the following issues in your conversation with our satisfaction department, which contacted you after the tour, and their records are available in WhatsApp correspondence.
1. You said the food was enough.
2. You said there was racism against black people. Thereupon, we were told to send you the video recordings and report who was racist to you and receive the necessary punishment. 3. Immediately after the tour, you wrote a letter to our customer representative who made your reservation, as follows. (I will leave a bad review bro, the trip was not that good) and when you were asked why you stated your claims above. You have been informed that the camera footage will be watched in the morning and that if there is any problem you complain about, you can contact the operations manager and get a refund. During the examination and interview with the personnel, no problems were found regarding you.
The message you sent to the reservation team at 21:50 the day after the tour: Can you provide a refund in exchange for the review being removed? When the answer to this question was no, we concluded that you made this intentional and biased comment.
If every customer uses the negative comment as a weapon in this way and we accept the return, we will be opening a very bad path. In short, it is a biased and unfounded accusation you make to get your payment back.

Great evening. Boat is really nice. Bathrooms are clean. Entertainment was great. Unlimited wine, beer and a few other cocktails. Epic scenery. I enjoyed the fish dinner which was good. Really great time.

A beautiful experience. Stellar entertainment/performances and excellent high quality service. Overall, the actual entertainment and food was very good however, 30 minutes before we were told we were going to be picked up at the hotel , I received a phone call stating they received notification of our tour too late and would not be able to come pick us up in our hotel. I had already received confirmation via email that I would be picked up, but unfortunately he stated we would have to arrange a taxi on our own last minute to go!!!
We were dressed and ready to go and highly disappointed!! Then to top it off when we did go by taxi we still had to pay for it!!
