An awesome day long tour of key Istanbul sites. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable on Roman and ottoman history. He was fairly thorough in explaining each sites histories and interesting stories. The cruise was a great way to end the tour. It was relaxing to view the city European and Asian sides, along with historical stories. Well worth our time and money.

Very clear instructions on where to go. I met a representative outside door 13 and had to wait about 5 minutes until he escorted us to the parking area. The vehicle was clean and comfortable Our driver was excellent and we felt very safe. I am very happy with their service and will booking with them again.

A very pleasant sunset cruise!

This was a very nice cruise. Light snacks were included and alcoholic beverages were available for purchase. The best part? It wasn’t overcrowded and the boat, or should I say yacht, was very spacious and comfortable! Worth the small upgrade cost over the less expensive offerings I am sure!

Great sunset cruise

Fantastic experience for the price. I didn't really to see what the price was outside of viator but highly doubt you could beat the price . For what viator charged I doubt we even covered our portion of the gas price. Outside of the great deal I would still reccomend. It was a really nice sunset tour on a decent boat and with a pleasant company. Both my wife and I really enjoyed the evening cruise.

Great Guide, In Spite of Minor Headaches

Kemal, our guide, was excellent: cordial, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, demonstrating considerable expertise about the many sites we visited. But Viator should have informed us (in advance) that the Hagia Sophia is undergoing MAJOR renovations and repair of earthquake-related damage. This means a lot of the site is shrouded in scaffolding.

Hussain was absolutely outstanding. I learned so many fascinating and unexpected pearls about Galata from him—things I would never have picked up on my own. His storytelling ability is exceptional; he doesn’t just share facts, he truly connects the dots, weaving geography, history, and lived context into a narrative that stays with you long after the tour ends. He clearly has deep knowledge of the area and is a true history geek in the best possible way. What made the experience even more special was how he took us into hidden corners of Istiklal Street that I would never have discovered on my own. The thoughtfully timed break at a charming local tea spot was a lovely touch and added to the authenticity of the experience. The tour ended at the magnificent Galata Tower, which felt like the perfect crescendo to a beautifully curated journey. My previous guide experience in the area was honestly not great, and Hussain filled in so many gaps—transforming my understanding of the place entirely. Great going, Hussain. A Day in Istanbul

What an amazing day we had with Renan in Istanbul! It was a rainy, dreary day but Renan brought some sunshine with her pleasant personality. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. She was informative and thorough. We saw the palace, blue mosque and the grand bazaar. She helped us navigate it all and we really felt like we learned a lot about Istanbul as well as the culture. It was a highly informative and educational tour for my wife and I. We learned detailed information about the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, tour of a Government subsidized rug store close to the Bazaar and lunch thereafter at an authentic Turkish restaurant, where we were served with an appetizer, kebab and dessert. Following lunch, we toured the Spice Market, which had exotic tastes and fragrances. This was then followed by a cruise tour of the Bosphorus. The entire tour was conducted and led by the knowledgeable Mr. Ali. He is definitely "the Istanbul impressario"; everything about Istanbul and more... We truly enjoyed the itinerary and even more, Ali made the difference!!!!
