Overall expirience was very good it started with pickup on given time the food was quite good and drop to our hotel. All the cultural Programe were entertaining and we enjoyed it.

It was a decent experience. The performances were good too but it was too crowded, so it was not always clearly visible. Drinks were unlimited, which was good but food was average to be honest. Apart from that, eye capturing views of Bosphorus can never seizes to amaze you. Overall, decent experience.

Great staff & entertainment. Very busy so food was not served promptly. We arrived early & seated near the entertainment area. Show promptly started & enjoyed the dancers!

I am requesting the refund of $145.18 from the activity “Istanbul Bosphorus Dinner Cruise with Turkish Show” with BR-1046142053 held on November 27, 2023. The guide told me that this activity is the same as the one held on November 25, 2023 “Dinner Cruise on Bosphorus” with BR-1046099739 on Saturday, November 25, 2023, so there is no reason why I would want to go to the same activity (same show with different name?).
Please refund the amount of $145.18 from my credit card account where I initially made the payment.

This was just about the worst excursion we've ever been on. For locals, I sure it is great, but for people on vacation I would not recommend it. I confirmed with the operator when and when we would be picked up, and when the time came and went, we WhatApp him to ask where our driver was. He said the driver was "in an accident" and asked if we could just get to the ship by ourselves. We did, making it to the ship, but our name was not on the list. I had the ship crewman call the operator of the tour and he worked it out and we were seated. I had paid for the alcohol added package, but when the waiter went to check his sheet, our name was not on his list, so once again we headed to the ship crewman to work out that detail. While we did get our beer and wine, they ran out of various food items. The entertainment was OK, but the mood was spoiled by the run around. Don't book this operator

The atmosphere of a dinner, across the Bosphorus with a view of the beautiful Istanbul and with typical dances, couldn't be bad.
Strengths:
- The view of Istanbul is a 1000. - The dancers were spectacular.
- Hotel pick up and drop off service was very good. Points to ponder: - Dinner was just ok, could improve.
- The price is a little high, even with drinks included. - Add an extra payment for a photo album.

This is not for vegetarian. Option for vegan or vegetarian was a tasteless spaghetti.
When I thought of dinner, one usually expects a private space, however it turns out that 10 random people are put together. I must say that our company was good, but it’s your luck. Performances are limited.

Great food and drink. Great music and dancing. What else is there to say? It’s a perfect escape for couples. Right in the middle of the city. Makes for a great romantic time.

I had difficulty communicating with the tour provider from the very first contact. We were arriving in the Galataport by cruise ship and tried repeatedly to arrange the pickup/drop off for this tour. I was finally able to ascertain that this provider wouldn't do pickup/drop off unless we were staying at a hotel on their list, and they expected us to walk to the tour boat from our cruise ship. Upon arriving in Istanbul we decided to do a dry run while it was still daylight. We walked a mile or so to the address provided only to find that it wasn't the correct address, but rather the one for the ferry terminal. We did however find signs for similar tours just next door to that terminal. We showed our reservation message at a kiosk advertising "Tripadvisor Tours" and were told they didn't recognize the tour operator or the booking. They were nice enough to try and call the operator but got no answer. We walked back to our ship and tried several more times to call the tour operator with no success. We decided there was no way we wanted to try and walk back in the dark after the tour and we still didn't know even the name of the tour boat, this despite asking several times. Finally, the tour operator did get back to me insisting he'd only send me more info on the "Whatsapp" forum, to which I don't subscribe. I told him I needed it by email and he refused, saying "he didn't have time for that"! While he did later send me an email with more information it was too late, we'd already decided to do something else. I requested a full refund and am waiting to see how that works out.

The food wasn't the best but the show was good. Alcohol and coffee are not included be prepared because you will be asked if you want before being told its at a cost.

The rest like Champagne and whiskey not including and Turkish Coffee also not including ... so please when you're giving your opinion you should to say it's right anyways thank you

I don’t understand why people give so high ratings on Viator for this tour, it was awful. 14 strangers arranged at a table in Covid times, paid 60 euros for full ticket with drinks, food awful, drinks were added water. The only purpouse of the crew was to get even more money from you. All they cared was to sell photos for 5 euros a piece and at the end the waiter came to me to beg for “service” tips even if the service was awful. I was happy when it was over. The show was not that great either.

We book the ticket and it was cancelled (Not their fault, but some police thing) then they re-booked it for us and we were not picked up from the hotel, which was a bummer, but the next day they rescheduled and gave us free tequila and really good upgraded seats which was nice.
The entertainment was 8/10 (It was fun and funny)
Food 6/10 (I'm not big on Turkish food)
Drinks 9/10 (Vodka and some beer is free I think)
Overall I'm glad I went and it's really the company you go with that makes it fun too.
I must say they are very responsive if you message them.

We read some awful reviews about lots of these cruises so looked for the most expensive - this seemed to be it, but it was still just 50 Euros each for dinner, drinks, cruise and entertainment - bargain! We both really enjoyed it. Food fine, wine fine, entertainment very very good. He ONLY point was he number of people they squeeze onto the side tables that seat 10 but it really should be 8. As it happened, only 8 people booked our table but that was pot luck. If there had been 10 people I would not have been happy - no way should they seat 10. Other than that, it was excellent.

Musique assourdissante, nourriture médiocre même si on ne s'attends pas au grand soir . Heureusement un spectacle à la hauteur . J'oubliais le chauffeur m'a oublié le jour prévu, la croisière a heureusement pu être reportée.
