We enjoyed the actual boat trip & the meal. The transport was, I’m afraid, a different matter. We were ready to be picked up before the time stated but they failed to arrive. We emailed, sent a WhatsApp but got no response to either. In the end the hotel staff rang for us and they eventually sent a driver for us 1.5 hours after the stated time. We arrived at the boat as the very last passengers - 30 mins after it was due to depart. I have emailed Viator about this but I am still waiting for their response.

This was a great experience from the time of booking (communication was clear), the transfer to & from the boat was on time, and the actual cruise was very memorable. The food was average (I was not expecting it to be anything more), but the actual cruise experience was excellent. The dancing and music throughout the evening was very entertaining and enjoyable, and of course the views were spectacular and very special.

Evening boat trip with dinner

We were picked up and returned to our hotel. The boat was quite large and everything was very organised. The food was OK and the staff were friendly. The dance was hard to see as we were seated far from the stage! I took lots of great photos from the boat. Be prepared for a late night as we didn't get back to our hotel until after midnight.

Bad shuttle service

The dinner, show and experience in the boat, was amazing, that part is 100% recommended, the shuttle part was the worst, the driver don’t came to our hotel make us going to other hotel far from ours, using fake excuses. He just went to the fancy hotels and our hotel was included in the list of pick up hotels.

We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off at Bosphorous cruise. I must say the cruise was fantastic with dance performances and delicious dinner. Also the views of Dolmabache palace, ortakoy and the lit bridges made this a memorable and once in a lifetime cruise that would be remembered forever. Definitely recommend to everyone.

The Bosphorus Dinner Cruise & Night Show in Istanbul was brilliant! We enjoyed every part of, the cruise it self was beautiful against the dark sky and the lightened up city, the food was nice and the dancers were amazing. There even a proposal on board and we all enjoyed the music and the dancing. Thank you Mr DJ and to all the 'crew on board. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience! Before we even arrived on the boat, their service was extraordinary. As we were not in the PickUp Area, we agreed on a pickup at the Marmara Hotel, but due to traffic we were not able to make it on time. We called the organiser and he immediately gave us a solution (Take the ferry instead of a Taxi) and changed the pickup spot to the harbor. There we got picked up and were brought to the boat. The food was good (appetizers 8/10, main 7/10, dessert 5/10) and you have unlimited drinks (including cocktails). The waiters are very attentive and always brought more food and drinks. The cruise goes from the south of Istanbul and passes both bridges, so you get a nice view of the city by sunset/night! Our cruise wasn't fully booked, so there was enough privacy. The program was okay, nothing special. At the end we couldn't find an Uber (its a struggle to get taxis in this area), so they brought us to the metro, explained which train we need to take and even paid for our tickets. Overall you get a GREAT value for this money and I can only recommend booking with them. Food and Drinks are good and the views you get are incredible. Service was also very good.

We were expecting a night time river cruise but in fact the boat went round in a small circle three times then stayed in one spot. The local dancers were good and the meal was ok but the other entertainment was a bit like Butlins.

I didn’t expect much from this event after reading some of the lowered starred reviews but I was massively surprised. The dinner was delicious with lots of variety, the quality of food was excellent. We ordered the alcoholic drinks package and were provided promptly with any drink we requested by the waiters. Our waiter was called Fatih and he was extremely attentive, polite and efficient. He not only provided great service but offered us additional food if we wanted, on top of this he kindly provided information on where the courses originated from and how they were prepared. The entertainment was… entertaining! Yes, the dancers do ask for tips but it’s part of the authenticity of the show. You can give them a few lira and they will perform a short dance for you, it was a nice touch. Of course you can refuse to tip them and it’s absolutely no problem at all. If you’re looking for a drink, a dance and a delicious meal then check this out.

Worth every single penny! Driver was punctual and helpful. The organiser will drop a text message once confirmed and picked up at the hotel lobby. The cruise itself was wonderful and filled with entertainment for the entire journey. Professional photographers took our pictures which can then be kept as souvenir (at a small cost). Overall, highly satisfied!

Fantastic night in the water! Food exceeded expectations and staff were great. They were super generous with the drinks and would regularly provide top-ups even without us asking. Entertainment was fun as well. The boat was also really lovely and private table was much nicer than other cruises that shove you on an awkward group table. Five stars!

Whenever we’re in Istanbul my family and I always opt to enjoy a dinner cruise on the Bosporous. But this was by far the best. Food was tasty and plentiful. The entertainment was great abut I would just like to thank all the staff for making my nephew feel like the king of the dance floor. He will be speaking of this for a LONG time.

My family and I had a wonderful time on this dinner cruise. We left a little later than expected so don't plan on actually eating the dinner until 10pm. However, appetizers were available upon entry. There was traditional dancing, singing and a little racy belly-dancing. The only con is the cigarette smoke. The owners should not allow smoking of any kind in the dining room when there's a massive deck upstairs and outside. Other than that, highly recommended.

We had read the reviews saying the food was not too good but we found the food to be typical Turkish and tasty, we paid extra for alcohol, and the wine was of good quality. The entertainment was varied, with a couple playing instruments/singing, someone playing records, and finally a belly dancer. Then it was dancing, we were lucky to have a young lady who was a very good Turkish/Egyptian dancer sitting at our table and a joy to watch dancing. A good night for the money.

A disappointing experience. The food and entertainment were average but the music was so loud that we couldn't hear each other speak. We regretted choosing this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others. The best part was being collected from our hotel and returned afterwards as the driver was very pleasant.

Actually, all the Tour companies sell the same tour. They mostly just take reservation and give your name to the boat crew and they deal with everything. Cool thing with this booking, its the cheapest with alcool included! So I recommend.

From the very beginning, when I at random contacted a representative of the Viator and booked the Bosphorous tour till the time we got dropped at the hotel, I have to say that it was an unforgettable and what’s more, extremely convenient experience. The person who accompanied us to the boat was came exactly at the appointed time and our ride. to the dock was comfortable. And then our amazing voyage began. The freshness and variety of dishes was another cause for rejoicing. However, the most amazing part of the tour was the show terminated by the DJ performance. It not only lived up to my expectations but exceeded them. The only tinge of disappointment was that one of the dance was authentically GEORGIAN and it would have been better if the program of the show clearly mentioned it instead of making its origins ambiguous by calling it Caucasian as there are many nationalities in the Caucasus . I would certainly recommend the company services to anyone traveling to Istanbul. You are guaranteed to have the time of your life.
