Food was very mediocre and very slow to get drinks served. We purchased the unlimited drinks. Entertainment was very good, very engaging and they got everyone up dancing.

Overall, this was a really nice evening. The food wasn’t that great and they didn’t have any baklava that day so they gave us some cookie like thing that had no flavor. But it was more about the atmosphere and the show was really nice as well. They also had a professional photographer on board so that was a nice touch. it lasted till 111:30, So overall good value.

The dinner cruise was good in general: the food, the entertainment, the service, and the night scenery. The price seemed to go up as the event date got closer so book early. The only negative thing is the hotel pick up. If you know how to get to the dock (its' really easy, just take T1 tram and go to the last stop at Kabatas), just go there yourself as traffic is really terrible in Istanbul and the van has to go around to pick up guests from different hotel. Originally the ticket says the show starts at 8 pm. We didn't get the whats app text the day of to confirm pick up time until I sent them a message. We were told that the van would come between 7:15 to & 7:30. We waited almost until 8:30 pm before it showed up. In panic, I whats apped Viator and the guy could not track down the driver. He then said the show did not start until 8:30 pm and promised they would not leave without us. I felt a total waste of time waiting to be picked up as I could have been doing more sight seeing as it was our last day in Istanbul. By the time we arrived, we were one of the last group, people were already eating. The cruise didn't leave the dock until quite late. If they knew the traffic was bad in Istanbul they should have come picked us up earlier. We were hungry and worried of missing the boat. The organization was bad, but other than that once on the cruise it was all good. The cruise didn't finish until 12:30am, much later than advertised. I was outside and saw that the cruise was circling around and even stopped at one point, may be allowing people to dance longer purposely.

Our cruise duration is 3 hours, and to ensure that all guests receive the full experience, the boat may depart a little later than planned — typically around 8:30 PM — to make up for any delays.
Still, we understand how frustrating the wait must have been, especially on your last day, and we truly appreciate your patience. We're working to improve our communication and coordination for a smoother start in the future.

Transportation promised to do hotel pickup but wr actually had to walk to a nearby bus station and join a hot and crowded bus. The cruise was OK but alot of confusion about what pkge we purchased. The servers brought our appetizers out last they said because we were "silver" even though I showed them my ticked said gold, she didn't speak much English. Our table was close to the dance floor so it turned out OK in the end. I would not recommend this company.

Very enjoyable - the food and entertainment were really good, the transport to and from was perfect and the boat excellent. The views of the banks of the Bosphorous are beautiful (even better at night than during the day). A lot of people seemed to enjoy the chance to get up and disco dance at the end of the night.
Only minor criticism is that perhaps the belly dancer was given a little too much time to 'work' the audience, instead of spending more time on the other dancers - would have liked more of the 'whirling Dervish' in particular.

Had a great time. I took my parents visiting me from Canada. At first I thought it'd be catered to mainly older people, but I had a blast because the staff were pleasant, food was good, views were nice, ans the entertainment was great.

Went to this cruise with family, had an amazing experience, ambience was great with unlimited drinks and beautiful views of Istanbul/Bosphorus to enjoy.
The tradational dance show was spectacular!
Staff was very helpful, there were multiple food options like kebabs, fish and vegeterian. We ordered kebabs and fish options for the family, fish was just amazing.
There was atleast 1 person of staff who was always with us making sure that we are comfortable and taken care of.
We paid for the convenience of getting picked up from our hotel, but because our Hotel was on the Asian side of Istanbul, we were offered to be picked up form somewhere in European side (close to SultanAhmet to Taksim areas). So we managed to make it to a hotel near Kadikoy ferry station. It was a bit of a hassle for us to get it arranged with with the operator but still pick & drop was worthful especially during the rush hours of 7-8 pm in istanbul.
Overall experience was great, I will definitely recommend this night cruise, especially if you are staying on European side of Istanbul you can get a pick & drop from the convenience of your hotel!
