Rude and aggressive staff terrible food beef kebab was all fat and tastless tiny portion. Waiter poor your treatedmore like a nuisance than a customer. Dont buy the limited drink package you get 2 drinks each. Dancers were ok 👍 just terrible service

The food was good but the music was too loud. It would have been nice to have a little more time to be outside to see the views without eating. It would also be better to disembark at a different time or place from the other boats because it was too crowded back on shore when it was finished.

Like any tour with a big group there is a lot of confusion in this process. While the dinner was so-so (as expected) and the transfer process was ok(pound music blaring throughout both pick up and drop off) the hardest part of the process was when our server came up and asked “do you have something for me” at the end of the night. While I understand tipping I felt that this was very aggressive and off putting. Only to have the same thing done on the return transfer.

I emailed the tour group weeks before the event about what time I would be picked up from my hotel. I never got a response back from them until the day of the event so I did not go on this Cruise because on the day of the event they emailed me and said they will not pick me up at my hotel and I needed to find my own way there.

On arrival starters were on the tables, we then waited 30 min for drinks to be served.Towards the end of the night the waiter was more attentive. Overall the entertainment was fantastic. Please make sure if you are having any alcohol that you book the correct package which is really good value for money.

The dinner cruise itself was 5 stars. However the your operator was sly so only rates a 1 star. We booked with hotel pickup. But as we were in the area decided to make our own way to the pickup point. Which we thought worked well for ourselves and meant one less pickup for the tour operator. Towards the end of the tour we message to see where we would be picked up, as we had not been dropped off. I was then asked which hotel I was going too. It was then outside there area. When I checked my booking it now mysteriously said drop off point same as pickup point. If you do go with this company. Make sure you copy/screen shot all communication. We had to go on to getting a taxi to get back to our hotel. A good value trip became an expensive one

Worst pickup driver ever. He was on the phone (holding the phone) all the time talking to whoever. He almost closed the sliding door on my girlfriend hand. Tour itself was very crowded the said it is max of 49 people. But it was beyond 100 people. Food was ok. Had to remember the waiter couple of times to get us our drinks. The price compared to what you get is way expensive and I would not recommend it at all.

I am sorry to say that this was very bad. They sat me at the back of the room, under a blasting speaker, the farthest from the show floor. The waiter was rude. When I sat down and started to eat, he told me not to start eating. When the main dish came it was cold. The entrance to the floor was right in front of my table so many people stood in front of my table during the show. The show was nothing special, 6 people dancing some traditional dances. The evening ended with load dance music and several people got up and danced, including myself.
I would suggest that if you want to cruise the river, you take the cruise boat and avoid this turist trap.

This was unreservedly THE WORST Experience .The bus was late , no Aircon. Limited information.We sat at the dock for over 2 hours before the boat sailed. The food was out on the tables and exposed , dried out and literally rotted!!! The wait staff made Faulty Towers look professional as they cleared meals befor they were eaten . When we asked for our meals to be returned, they gave us someone else’s food that had been sent to the kitchen. The unlimited drinks comprised two warm , flat cokes over the entire night!!! They spilt food on guests and on the floor. The traditional meal included chips and chicken nuggets (Luke warm) The main meal took 2 hours to arrive and was burnt , cold and disgusting. The promised “Twirling Dervishes” simply DID NOT APPEAR and one of the belly dancers obviously had a bad back . The views were magic - you can see them from a public ferry for under $5. This tour is outrageous and should be removed from Viator. Everyone had a bad experience!!! Some even tried to get the boat to dock anywhere so they could get off and not waste their limited time in Istanbul. I would have joined them but we all had to suffer and endure until it ended - only to find the the bus was nowhere near the advised pickup location so we lost another 30 min wandering up an down the street looking for the hapless driver.

Great cruise, amazing food and fantastic entertainment! To be honest, our transportation to the boat ran late because traffic in Istanbul is nuts, but the driver was in constant communication with us, and the transportation was super comfortable. The driver was also very kind & friendly, and he got us all to the boat on time! Our delicious Turkish appetizer was waiting for us upon arrival. Our waiter Bilal was very attentive, but not pushy. We loved him! The wine and food was really delicious. The entertainment was fantastic. Those dancers really got the crowd going. The bellydancer Defne was amazing. She was beautiful and talented and we loved dancing with her. One of our daughters is autistic, and Defne was so sweet to her. They danced together, which we did not anticipate. I'm a bellydancer so I can tell a great dancer when I see one. She is great! All the dancers were! Toward the end of the night the DJ played great music for us all to dance to as well. My family had a blast! We highly recommend this magical experience.
