Absolutely wonderful experience! Simon was our chef and took us through the market, he had us speak to the vendors to buy the foods, which was fun. The cooking class experience was great and they accommodated all dietary needs of the group. Would highly recommend taking this class, great experience!

We had a most amazing time at Rose Kitchen with Hung, our chef/teacher, on our afternoon and evening of cooking. We started out with a market visit where we bought the ingredients for our dishes and then we went on to the beautiful setting of the kitchen to start prepping and cooking. We learned how to make 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes, all of which were flavorful, aromatic and easy enough to do on our own back at home. The meal was delicious, and we can't wait to make it ourselves. It was the experience that the whole family enjoyed!

Eine vegane Tour, so toll! Besuch des lokalen Marktes mit vielen Erklärungen und anschliessend ein Kochkurs in einer schönen Lokalität. Jeder Teilnehmer hatte seinen Arbeitsplatz, zusammen kochen, viel lernen, zusammen essen. Rubi war sehr nett und kompetent, es war ein tolles Erlebnis.
