Cooking in Hanoi

We had a great time cooking with our guide. He was friendly and welcoming and allowed us to feel like family in his home. It was nice to go to the market and be a part of the meal planning. Great experience!

We had a bad experience with this tour booking. When we booked it accepted our hotel as a pick up location. But 2 hours before the tour they said they couldn't pick up from our hotel, even though they had accepted our hotel pick up, we had already paid. We asked for a refund but they wouldn't. They offered a 1 way taxi or grab free. The point was they accepted our pick up & drop off location thats why we booked with them they took our money but when they messaged to say we were to far away, wouldn't refund our money then called us rude. They kept our money 1,800000VND - $113 AUD. We asked a number of times for a refund but they kept the money, we would not recommend this tour be careful.

For our cooking class, we offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for hotels within the Old Quarter or Hoan Kiem Lake area (4km), as our policy clearly states on the Viator platform. Since your accommodation was around 8km away, we offered a free Grab car for pick-up, but understand you chose not to join the class. Additionally, we would like to offer you a complimentary food and Train Street tour or a car drop-off at the airport.
