it was horrible, bed was rock hard, blank stunk, noisy from rails, it was horrible nightmere,, it was disgusting

Dear Margueretta Palmer, We are so dissappointed about your review You mentioned the cleaness and the noise. You did not mention the try we support. You booked a shared cabin, we confirmed and arranged the service as your booking. You provided your information very late and asked the upgrade your booking with a private cabin at the last booking. Since you were senior and we supported with 2 lower berths with no extra fee. It was our Tet holiday, we applied the local surcharge and you avoided to pay it even we informed you that clearly in advance.| We have passengers everyday and we gurantee we cleaned up all the cabins before every departure. When you check in and during the trip, you did not inform us anything. Train in Vietnam is belong to government. We operate nicer cabins for tourists. It is a traditional transfer, not really modern as it in Europe. It is not as quiet as sleeper bus but safer, an unique local experience. If you have problem with sleep, we advise you should take cabin bus. Best regards, Luong

Train tickets canceled last minute by Viatno local agent with no refund given

I booked 5 sleeper train tickets from Hanoi to Sapa, it was canceled by Viator local agent at the last minutes and when I ask for a full refund there was no response even till now no response. Really bad, would not recommend it.

Very professional and so easy for us!! The operator contact us and then arrange everything. The day of the departure just send us the tickets and also an easy guide of how to find our train. Our seats on the train where the best that could be booked :) totally recommended, I would cooperate again! Thank you!
