Very easy pickup at Da Nang Airport (international arrival). Katie from the team was very helpful and easy to communicate via WhatsApp. The person who was waiting for us held a sign with our names. If you’re flying in before 2pm, there should be no line for regular immigration. It’s not like SGN Airport. If you fly in after 2pm, I recommend this service.

Used a fast track service on arrival in Hanoi and it was well worth it. The agent stayed in touch the whole time, sent clear instructions and photos of the meeting point, and made everything seamless from the start. What could have been a chaotic arrival was smooth and efficient—I got through immigration in a breeze. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free entry experience.

This is a great service if you are in a hurry or just want to eliminate waiting in long lines at immigration. I was in a taxi driving away from airport 15 min after landing.

While the description of this particular fast track does not say "Premium" I paid the premium price of $101 and was promptly told I would not be assisted with my luggage. It took the guy 2 minutes to walk me from immigration entry to the desk for $101! Very disappointing! We used the same service on 4/5 and got everything we were promised!

Arrived from Sydney at Hanoi on Wednesday night at 920pm, wasn't sure if it would be busy or not but airport says busy period til 10pm so decidrd to book as didn't want to get caught late at night after a 10 hour flight. We shot through, only 1x person in front of us in the fast track line. Unfortunately though bags took forever. Meant to be on carousel at 920pm, we didn't receive our bags until 1040pm!! (Flew Vietnam airlimes). Obviously nothing to do with fast track, glad we got it though as had bags been prompt we would have been in and out in no time.

This was my first time to Vietnam so I don't have a prior reference but for this being the first time, it was seamless. The communicated prior to my arrival and made sure that I'd understand exactly how things work. The gentleman met me once I got off the plane and made my way to customs. He had a sign with my name on it. He then walked me to a line in customs where there was nobody waiting. Got my passport stamped and as I walked through customs, he advised me what carousel my luggage would be on. I picked it up and immediately was able to go outside and my driver was waiting. I wasn't in the airport any longer than 10 mins from the moment I stepped off the plane. I can't say enough about how easy this was and quick to get my car. 10/10 recommend and must get for the cost.

The fast-track service was absolutely amazing and made arriving incredibly smooth. As soon as I landed, I messaged them and by the time I walked up to immigration, someone was already there holding a sign with my name on it. They immediately guided me straight through the process—I was through immigration in less than two minutes. By the time I reached baggage claim, my bags were already among the first on the carousel, so I was out of the airport extremely quickly. The whole experience felt seamless and stress-free. Booking was also very easy. I ended up changing my flight after I had already booked the service, but I was able to message them through the app and update the details without any issues. They also sent confirmations before my trip to double-check my flight information and gave clear instructions to message them on WhatsApp when I landed or if anything came up. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this service if you want a fast, easy arrival at the airport.

I paid for this service, provided all of the information they asked for, they confirmed my details, but no one met me at the meeting point. I texted and called a few times and no answer. Makes a stressful experience more stressful.

Definitely saved time so would recommend for that reason. Two second help that likely saved at least 30 minutes and maybe as much as an hour so worth it for that reason as short time in country.

They asked us for our flight details and passports on WhatsApp. Made sure everything was processed before we landed - once we landed thry were waiting for us in front of immigration and it took about 5 min just to get our stamps and get out. I would highly recommend them as their service is efficient and affordable and the airport gets crazy busy.
