The trip was exactly as described… learning about Vietnamese food/vegetables and cooking a delicious meal together! It was an incredibly smooth process and I felt looked after… the drop off was an added bonus. Simon was a great and enthusiastic teacher

This was such a fun experience. Going to the market and buying the food, and learning about the fish sauce, and finally enjoying the egg chocolate at the end. Maxi was a great host/chef/instructor. And has transport to and from th hotel! Would 100% recommend.

Highly recommended by Jenny on the Blog, this cooking class taught by MAXIE, is the best way to savor the flavors of Vietnam!! Maxie is a great teacher and very patient with a bigger than usual class. From hotel pick up to market shopping , kitchen and hotel drop off - well managed day!! Authentic menu and flavors.. best meal i have had in Hanoi! Thank You Maxie!

We booked for a private cooking experience, only two of us. We both enjoyed the food shopping, preparation and eating within a beautyful villa in quiet area very much! Our chef of cusine Hazel was such a friendly warm knowledgable person who gave as a lot of explanations around vietnamese culture, habits and cooking! Thank you very much. Also to anty Thun who did a lot of preparation and we even could try the home made mulberry liquor from her…mmhhh! She is a real lovely person. Overall we said to each other that next time in Hanoi we are going back to another cooking experience! Thanks to all involved.
