Love the outdoors and tired of Cathedrals? If there is anything you SHOULD DO while in Granada is this Tour. Granada is surrounded by some of the most beautiful outdoors imaginable and these guys will take of you! It seems expensive, but just the drive up into the mountains is worth the trip You then hop on your ebike mountain bike and go. Yes you do have to pedal and there are some uphill stretches, but on these bikes you cover 2 national forest and the Serra Nevada mountains. The equipment is really good stuff, they have everything including jackets...all you have to do is show up!!! My son 21 and myself 59 had so much fun! Need a break, hop in the Van that is following along and then hop out to continue. It just doesn't get any better than this! We've been in Spain 2 weeks and this ranks up as the number one thing we've done.

Great way to see Sierra Nevada

Jamie was great tour guide- patient and knowledgeable. Stopped and showed us wildlife. And for those that wanted to go to the telescope went to extra mile. Great first experience on e-bikes- a little harder than I was expecting but believe it was more altitude adjustment. We went from 8000 to 10000 had to walk up to the peak because of the snow but so worth the walk- view was amazing.

After a couple of days shuffling around the Alumbra and the old town streets this downhill Bike tour was one of the best things we have done so far in spain. The tour was extremely well organised with lovely guides and very good E mountain bikes. We rode from the high Sierra Nevada outside Granada right down into the city centre! it was excellent. No queing, no traffic and some wonderful scenery and very easy! I can highly recommend this tour. Philip Byron Bay Australia

I was worried about the small number of reviews posted, but they are all accurate. This tour is one of the most fun tours we have ever done. Our family of 5, including 3 young adult children and 2 middle aged parents, had a blast riding ebikes for the first time. We were scheduled originally on a day that was forecast for rain, but the guide contacted me to reschedule on a sunny day with perfect weather rather than offer a full refund. You take a 30 minute van ride outside the city and the guides set up the bikes for you. One rides with you and the other follows in the van far enough away that you never see it unless you take a break. They offer water and snacks for refreshments and are flexible about stopping when you need to. The bikes and helmets were brand new and seemed top notch Bosch motors. There is definitely both up and downhill riding on wide dirt paths, pavement, and easy single track, but the e assist makes it as fun or more riding up hill. I would say as long as you are comfortable riding a bike, you can do this tour. The views of the Sierra Nevadas were spectacular and it was definitely different than what you would normally do. We rode about 30 km and opted out of riding the cobblestone path at the end into Granada, ending our tour at an incredible vista overlooking Granada and the Alhambra. We were sent photos and a video of our ride marking the map and elevation immediately after. I highly recommend this tour and would only suggest the guides ask their clients to post more reviews.

WARNING! This is an excellent and beautiful bike ride, but not exactly as advertised! It is not for every skill level. Our group was very active and athletic, and struggled to complete it. It is not ALL downhill, so be prepared to ride both up and down hills while on the rocky, mountainous trail. We biked for 6 hours, appx. 46km. By the end of the tour, we were very sore and tired! We stopped at a beautiful lookout, and then made our way through town. If you do not trust yourself riding a bike around people and heavy car traffic, this tour is not for you. We were riding and weaving in and out of traffic throughout the city after dark at the end of our tour. Our guide, Jullian, was excellent! He was knowledgeable and understanding. The only thing I wished he had done, was send us the photos and map of our route like he had promised. Magnificent views, but not for anyone who is not in great shape already!

By far, this was one of the best highlights of our 2 week trip in Spain! My wife and I are both avid cyclists, so this excursion into the Sierra Nevada park sounded fantastic to begin with. And we were also very curious about e-bikes, e-MTB to be more specific, so more on that below! We met our guides promptly in the morning in a spot that is very close by to the place we are staying. We hopped into the van and it was a good 45 minute drive up into the Sierra Nevada mountains with fantastic scenery all around us. Once at the top, we begin the journey on our e-MTBs. It was our first time trying out an MTB with an e-assist system, and let me tell you, IT WAS CRAZY FUN! The 4-hour journey was a blast and you can take it as easy as you want at a leisurely pace that I think almost everyone can do and let the e-assist do its magic. Basically, as long as you can pedal on a bike, you are good for this trip. Or, if you are already an experienced cyclist, you can have a LOT of fun and blast off the trails and enjoy some beautiful downhill moments through pine forests and fantastic vistas. At every moment, you are surrounded by beautiful scenery and we also learned more about the surrounding villages and flora and fauna from our guide Maria who was equally fantastic. The vistas were, how do I say it... muy bonito! If we ever get the chance to do this tour again, we would do it in a heartbeat, and also go on some of the other tours too! I'd say that this was easily one of the most memorable parts of our trip and was a wonderful start to our 2-week cycling journey. Highly recommended!

Fantastic way to spend 4 hours, scenery was fantastic. Maria our guide was lovely and informative as was here colleague who met us at certain spots to provide refreshments. The electric bikes were amazing, making the cycling easy and enjoyable, it still felt like a challenge, especially to a sport phobic person like me!. Would definitely recommend this adventure! This is truly an experience of a lifetime! If you can ride a bike, then this is an experience you don't want to miss in Granada! We started our day by meeting at the pick up point and taking about a 30 min car ride up in to the mountains. We got our bikes, safety gear and an orientation on how to operate the eBikes. We had a van that followed us on most of our tour in case anyone of us did not want to continue. They even brought water and bananas for us! The guides were very friendly, we did everything at our own pace, and safety minded. They also know the terrain quite well! They would stop and tell us the important sites, history as well as point out wild herbs growing. The tour starts in the mountains with fairly wide gravel trails, then paved roads as you get closer to the city. Once you enter the city, you are on cobble stone sidewalk with views of the Alhambra! Finally, a small 10 minute ride in the city and we ended up back at our pick up point in the morning. The views were just breath taking, we stopped several times just to take it all in! We were in Spain for 2.5 weeks, and this is by far the best thing we did! We all would do this again in a heart beat if given the chance!

Great trip, one of the best ways to see the Sierra Nevada. Well organized got picked up and dropped back to our hotel in Granada, knowledgeable guide told us all about the Sierra Nevada local flora and fauna, good value for money the trip last for half day and all equipment was brand new.

Absolutely fantastic way to see the Sierra Nevadas and surrounding countryside just outside the city of Granada. I would thoroughly recommend it. My wife and I are middle aged, cycling novices and rarely exercise yet the e-bikes took most of the effort from us and allowed us to enjoy the views.

We very nearly did not book this tour due to a lack of reviews. It proved to be a highlight of our holiday. I'm 57 - cycle little - but am reasonably fit from walking. I was worried that the skill level may be beyond me. However I should not have worried. We were collected promptly and driven for about 50 minutes up the Sierra Nevada mountains - the scenery was spectacular. We climbed and climbed to around 8,000 feet. At the top we parked the van and our guide got our electric mountain bikes ready. We had brand new helmets and gloves. The course is a combination of gravel tracks and tarmaced road - all very quite in terms of traffic. The only bell you would hear is from the goats and cows that graze on the hillside with their sheppards and dogs. Whilst mostly downhill there were a few uphill and flat sections - this is where the electric bikes were useful. We pressed on but I imagine others would want to stop for photos of the scenery. Only at the very end, as you ride back into Granada, do you encounter any traffic. If you want a lifelong memory this is for you. You need to be fit enough to ride a bike for a couple of hours and you can tailor the journey to your own needs. We are really pleased that we did the ride and we wish the organisers every success. Really, really, good.
