Terrible Viator Experience

Guide did not show up and never responded to Viator online email. Viator agent tried to reach your company but couldn’t. We are promised refund but haven’t received yet. Just email our “claim” is under review. Terrible service!

Burack was a fountain of historical knowledge. Our conversation ranged far and wide and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a great addition tour of Andalusia and I highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to learn about the history of this beautiful and fascinating region.
