"I paid 300 euros for 2 adult and 2 child tickets to the Nasrid Palaces. Even though I correctly entered the children's names and passport numbers, the tickets were mistakenly issued under the names and passport numbers of the 2 adults, making admission impossible! The tickets were shared with me the night before at 23:48, and I contacted customer service at 00:17 to report that the children's info was incorrect, but I received no response. Do not buy tickets from this unreliable service!"
