I would not recommend this tour provider. I booked a tour for 5 hours and a half, they delayed by half an hour and divided the tour into 2, which was never mentioned previously, and the secnd tour starts 3 hours after the first one ends! I told them I can’t make it because I have a train at the same time, but they did not accept to refund me, neither the tour operator neither Viator while I over paid for this tour!

Our experience in Granada was fantastic. Both tour guides were amazing. Our morning tour of the Alhambra was memorable thanks in great part to Carlos our tour guide. His knowledge of the history of Alhambra was beyond impressive. He share factual information as well as folkloric tales which made the whole experience valuable, interesting and funny. Carlos maintained a comfortable pace to aloud time for plenty of pictures, questions and ample time to soak the immense beauty of the grounds. Truly remarkable experience. Our evening tour of the Albaicin with Alexandra was great as well. She was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accommodate a big group of Italians who were in our group while keeping the tour interesting for us as well. Thanks Alexandra!
