- A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
- The tour requires a minimum group of 6 participants to take place. If exceptionally the minimum number is not reached, they will be given an audio guide and the difference will be refunded.

Not worth the 18€ as you only go to the places that are already opened to everyone. The guide was inexperienced and did not add that much value to the tour unfortunately

Confusing and deliberately misleading webpage making it difficult to ascertain what tickets we had actually purchased from My Top Tours. This was only clarified after the transaction had been completed and our money taken. We are in dispute with the local tour operator about this and are seeking a full refund. To date, this company has not responded to any of my emails despite assurances from members of staff who dealt with us in person at the Alhambra office

Terrible....
It was not clear that we did not receive or needed tickets and therefore we were not let into the venue
I plan on reviewing your site on Google and making sure other customers know that they
1. Have to visit your offices prior (apparently for no reason, cause I even asked while there if we needed physical tickets)
2. Just because it is labeled skip the line.... doesn't mean this is turnkey and they should contact Alhambra first to ensure they have what is required

For guided tours at the Alhambra, tickets are not sent in advance because the guide provides the official entry at check-in on the day of the visit. We clearly explain this in the informational emails related to the reservation, where we detail the meeting point and the access procedure.
About “visiting the office for no reason”: the pre-check-in step is there to ensure everything goes smoothly (group coordination, guide assignment, timing, and confirming the required documentation). It’s part of the operational process for Alhambra guided visits — not an extra step to complicate things.
Regarding “skip the line”: this label refers to the tour’s managed entry process and not having to queue at public ticket offices. However, the Alhambra is a high-security, timed-entry monument with strict controls, so guests must still follow the guided-tour entry procedure.

We have booked a tour for Alahambra surrondings but the day of the visit the guide did not show up and none was able to give us the ticket to go around by ourself.
So in the end we paid and we couldn’t make use of the service!!!

This tour was a complete scam. I arrived at the designated meeting point at the specified time and waited, but no tour guide ever showed up. I tried calling the provided phone number multiple times on the day of the tour, and none of the calls were answered.
There was absolutely no communication, no explanation, and no attempt to contact me before or after the scheduled start time. I wasted my time waiting and had to make alternative plans at the last minute.
Even worse, Viator has not helped so far, and no refund has been issued, neither by the tour operator nor through Viator, despite the service never being provided.
I strongly advise against booking this tour. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional.

Overall tour experience was very good, our tour guide was great, described all details answered all questions.
Tour description on Viator should be changed to tour of surrounding clearing rather than sending email day before.

Remember to carry your passports, and check whether you are booking the gardens only ir gardens with the palace. Booking through Viator sometimes confuses one wrt this last bit. On the day of my trip the guide from My Top Tours was Dante. He has a good style of storytelling, nice humour, and was attentive towards the different dynamics of the group. I was falling behind at times due to my leg pain, but when I caught up and asked him something he explained it clearly and patiently.

There are stairs to climb. If that is a problem you can’t go. Stairs cannot be avoided.
