Excellent service from flat right near the Duomo to the airport. Punctual service, Mercedes van for our family of four with full luggage. Driver was fantastic, including dealing with crowded streets around Duomo, and an irascible vendor. Would 100% recommend.

Our driver (Luca) was great! I wish Viator would have provided us the departure address in an email confirmation. It would have been helpful to have rather than calling to make sure it was correct. That added a bit of stress. But our driver was nice and was waiting for us right on time and dropped us at the airport.

I was totally satisfied with the service provided, both coming from and returning to the Florence airport. Both drivers, from the airport and back, were prompt, professional, polite, and drove courteously. They were great, even picked us up promptly at our apartment at 04:15!!!

We had booked this transfer because of an early flight. The transfer was confirmed and everything was set for a 4:10 pick up. The driver never showed up. I called the emergency contact numbers, one of them was not in service, the other the person hung up on me. at 4:30 the driver phoned to say he just getting on his way to pick us up. By that time we had already found a taxi. Highly disappointed in what was supposed to be a nice easy end to our holiday. If you book this, I suggest getting the driver information from the vendor so you can reach out directly when they are late arriving.

I booked this service for both Arrival and Departure Transfer. The Arrival Transfer did not turn up until almost an hour after the booked time and after several telephone calls. The Departure Transfer arrived after a telephone call from the hotel receptionist. I would warn anyone against booking this service. The cost was astronomical, the service poor. It would have been preferable to have taken a taxi from the airport at a cost of 20-25 Euros. Please allow some time travelling into and out of Florence as there is a great deal of traffic, especially during the rush hours. Taxi drivers are organised by the municipality and are extremely polite and helpful.

This was fantastic. Beautiful Jaguar picked us up and took us to the Airport. The taxi by comparison, when we arrived was terrible.

I recommend this service in light of our experience. The drivers met us at the airport in the early evening and at our hotel on the return trip in the very early morning. They were at the appointed pick up area at the time I had arranged by one communication on viator and they took us to where we needed to be in a very timely manner. Both drivers knew their route and the drive was very comfortable.
