Vladimir and the team were amazing and so much fun!! We enjoyed snorkeling, the beautiful catamaran with double slides! Wesley was a wonder photographer capturing all the great moments!

Great afternoon. Had a blast, great as could choose our own music. Could have been on this boat all day. Only niggle was there was only fruit and some nachos to eat. So my recommend to request any food that you may like. The photos were very expensive.

The boat was great, but the only issue I see is that they only take you around Bavaro bay which is a shallow and tranquil bay but the actual trip is probable 3 miles boating total and only 3 hours and not the standard 4 hour (half day trip). Also they subcontract to local boat owners so the folks in this listing are not the ones directly on the boat. I am unsure if they have boats themselves but mine was a subcontract. Overall, the boat and staff were great, accommodating. The bar tender was not so nice, as it felt she didn’t want to be there, but the captain and the deck hand were great. There is also a photographer that takes pictures, and at the end they ask for $250 for the pictures, obviously I didn’t pay that and what I payed I think was too much as I realized the picture were not great, at least not photographer quality as keeping a lens clean and fog free in the weather is hard.

I am SO disappointed in this company and Viator. I never write reviews but I feel it’s important to warn others that what was advertised was NOT what was received. I reserved a party boat with a slide for my family. When we arrived, they put us on a catamaran with NO slide. When I protested, the crew (which was actually WONDERFUL) called to the office and they said there was nothing else available at that time and we could join a party boat at some point so the kids could go on the slide. The entire reason I reserved a party boat with a slide was so that my kids could have fun on that dang slide! And it was a celebration for my young daughter so that’s why we did private. The rest of the party boats were totally nuts (in a good way) but def not for kids. I asked for a 25% refund and my request was denied. Sadly, I will have to have my credit card company deal with this now which sucks.

Dear customer we are sorry that you have a bad experience with us,when you book the excursion you didn’t request the boat with the slide and we have different boat with different size and shape we would be happy to give you the boat with the slide,when you arrive at the excursion then you ask for the boat with the slide we did not have time to prepare the boat with the slide for you and your family,on the description of the excursion we suggest to all customers to let us know an advance if they have any special requests so we can be able to prepare

Half Day Catamaran

Went on the catamaran January 5th with a group of 19. The time on the boat was excellent. The team was great and kept us entertained for the duration of the trip and for this reason I give the tour 5*. With that said there were a few things that made us question the excursion. For one when you get there you get dropped off in a back alley and walked through a building with shops and is kind of sketchy. We didn't enjoy this part so be ready for this. There is a photographer on the boat which takes amazing pictures but a few times i asked the cost and he kept saying I'll show you pictures at the end. Well he told us the cost at the end and it was a ridiculous amount. He could have saved his time and not taken pictures had we known the cost beforehand. Lastly I had communicated with the company before the excursion talking about adding parasailing to our excursion. This was to happen before the boat but when the day came all of a sudden no communication about this and no one to discuss this with prior to the catamaran. This was frustrating and disappointing for the kids.
