This was such a lovely experience and the highlight of my entire DR trip. Had the friendliest captain that let my friend and I take turns in driving. He also took us to the natural pool where we got to stand in the water w other boats and people. Also took us to see the dolphins! 10/10 experience

The staff at Fun & Sea where very helpful and approachable. You have the tour accompany you through out. He lets you drive the boat and drops you in snorkel destinations. Now the downside. Many other boats in the same area snorkeling. The second stop much of the same but with bigger boats, louder music and sales gimmick's.

The experience was a 10/10 although we didn’t do snorkeling because once I got in the water I was scared but our tour guide Jesus was AMAZING! And we were able to see and do things in the water. He even took great footage of us on his camera that we were able to purchase!

Great half day adventure!

This was the best experience we had in Punta Cana. It was a beautiful half day trip. We took a scenic ride along the coast stopping at an impromptu boat party, then headed back past dolphins, and did a brief snorkeling adventure. Do a private tour if you prefer relaxation. Edwin was our guide and did a fantastic job!

No fun at sea.

The boat qas was "o.k." The tour guide Jose was nice and helpful, and pretty much the only good part. The weather was way to intense to snorkle first. The first stop was very sketchy,* the "natural pool". Water was very dirty surrounded by drunk people and boats. The last stop was showing us poor dolphins in a small pool, nothing nice about that. Do something else for 65$US.

The perfect day out at sea! Our tour guide was so much fun, he let us drive the boat most of the time and we won a few boat races, fast boat! 20 minutes each snorkeling, at the sandbar, and on the beach.

Good, but not for us

The overall trip was good, but probably not something we’d personally do again. The snorkelling was cool; he washed the goggles and snorkel with dish soap and sea water so not sure how sanitary they were 😬. I would not recommend snorkelling for kids. It was quite wavy so water kept getting into our snorkels. We got tired pretty quickly so we just stopped after a few minutes. There wasn’t much diverse fish anyway, maybe 2 whole kinds. Interesting experience though. They took us to a natural pool which was cool, but wasn’t the scene for us since we’re not much social drinkers. For everything that was included, I think it was a really good price.

10/10 recommend. Our guide was very fun to be around. The communication was great. The timing of all the stops was perfect. They even let us bring our own alcohol on the boat. This experience is one of a kind.

This was a really great excursion. It was only my husband and I, and we both were able to drive the boat. Jesus was our guide and he took real good care of us. Snorkeling was amazing. We snorkeled in the shallow water so I felt comfortable though I can not swim. You'll eventually go to deeper water, but with the life jacket, there were no issues. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the pictures that the guide takes is not free but for an additional charge. Great experience overall.

The communication at the beginning was a little iffy, but it all worked out and Manolo was great, as was our driver Robert. Beautiful snorkeling. Would be a great family outing. There was no water or snacks though, despite that being advertised.

Our captain was friendly and made sure we had fun driving. Honestly, we could've skipped the stop where they were selling stuff. The cost of pictures is pretty high, too. Had we known that, I would've taken more of my own. I would still recommend this excursion.

The trip was amazing. They picked us up exactly on time and we’re very nice. Great communication via WhatsApp. Straight onto the beach where we got into the boat. We all got to drive (my hubby, me and my 11 year old who was over the moon). The snorkeling and natural pool were great. Bring a ball to play at the natural pool. Also if your going to want pictures at the natural pool with the monkey or parrot being some money. We only did the monkey because we only had $20s and a $5. We were told $10 for the monkey. When we said no they took the $5. Your tour guide will take tons of pics and video for you of you driving, snorkeling etc… Bring extra money for that. Well worth it.

Beware of scammers

Everything went fine at face value and our tour guide was friendly enough, but at the end stop for the trip they drop you off at a sand bar where scammers take advantage of you and they give you no warning and it even seems like they are all working together to scam your money and are very aggressive. I would recommend if you do take this trip then skip that stop all together.

Dear Brian, I m really sorry to hear this. Can you please explain us what exactly happened? So we can take care of this. We are aware that at the sandbar/natural pool, some vendors are selling beers & other beverages but they are not part of our company. Those vendors are obligated to show prices before even offering the drinks. For that reason on our speedboats we include a cooler with beverages so you don t have to buy anything over there. Dear Victor, I’m sorry you feel that way about our excursion. The boats go at the speed that the local authorities allow us. All the speedboats of any company in Bavaro use the same engines. In the description of the excursion we explain very well that a guide is going with you. This trip was awesome! We did the private snorkeling speedboat trip. We loved the snorkeling, seeing the fish and a great time at the natural pool. Valerie did an excellent job communicating the details of the trip. They were very accommodating specially when we had to switch the day of the trip. We have a family of five so we needed two boats for us (one for three people and one for two) and they were able to accommodate that also. The guides Manolo and Jesus were so nice, very professional, honest and respectful. Their prices are really good also. They are trustworthy. I highly recommend this company and I will be booking with them again.

This was a great trip. Frenchie was an excellent guide. I was taken aback by the small boat initially but everything worked out like it was supposed to! I booked at the last minute and they were very accommodating and kept in constant communication with us. If you’re looking for a private, intimate tour, this is for you!

We had a great time. Driver form hotel, Kelvin, was great!!!! Made sure we arrived safely and when he picked us up, tried to help us not get taken by local merchants. The excursion was great! Captain Daniel was superb and extremely friendly. Made sure we had a good time and was a great conversationalist. Learned some new Spanish. Would do it again if given the chance.

Me ha gustado mucho hacer el snorkel y manejar el speedboat. En cuanto a la coordinación con el encargado del tour no ha sido tan buena. El guía que nos acompañó durante todo el tour ha estado bien, aunque bastante serio. Al final del tour te quieren llevar a ver cosas para comprar en las tiendas del lugar y se molestan cuando uno les dice que no.

Super excursion, intimiste, très bien organisée, avec une communication fluide et aisée avec l’organisateur, puis un RDV ponctuel et efficace avec le capitaine qui est venu nous chercher directement en bateau à l’hôtel pour ne pas perdre de temps. Il nous a montré un super spot de plongée en tuba et le matériel prêté était très bien. Je recommande grandement, car c’est une petite entreprise locale de bien meilleure qualité que les gros opérateurs qui font des sorties « usine à touriste ». Ici vous êtes considéré et traité avec respect. Bravo et merci !
