The snorkeling was absolutely incredible! It really is a highlight of this trip and if you’re not planning on indulging in it, you might consider different options. The burger at the beach club was the perfect end to the day! We would definitely recommend this, especially if you love the water!

Easy going staff who are extremely helpful and skilled at what they are doing. The actual snorkeling part was cut short because some participants were nervous about sea life.

The tour itself was great. Communication leading up to tour was terrible. We were told to go to playa del Carmen to board. We took ferry to main land only to be told our tour was in Cozumel, which was where we started. We wasted time & money on ferry, then got back to Cozumel & nobody could tell us where the meeting point was. There wasn't an actual company name on my booking, only the name of the tour. Even the company representative at the port said it wasn't his tour. After asking several representatives they finally figured out which company it was, after representatives sent us to several different places. We almost left & didn't do tour, but we finally figured it out last minute. Please make it clear on reservation which company it is through & where the meeting point is.

Can’t say enough good things about this trip! My wife and I took the ferry from Playa to come over to Cozumel for the day. The whole crew on the catamaran was very welcoming and a ton of fun. Their guidance for snorkeling was spot on and the private beach and burgers to close it out was excellent! Would definitely recommend!

This was one of the best and worthwhile tours I have experienced. Our group of 6 went on the 1:30-6:30 tour and immediately jumped on the Ultramar 7pm return ferry back to PDC. We took the 11:30 ferry to Cozumel arriving in plenty of time to meet tour operator at the port requiring no additional transportation like some of the other tours. Captain Fernando and his crew were awesome focusing on safety first, speaking in English and Spanish. Fernando and the crew were polite, knowledgeable, and very clear with instructions. They were all helpful during the entire tour of 40+ guests. At no time did we feel in danger or rushed while cruising the ocean or out snorkeling. We traveling approx 1.5 hours snorkeled for about 30-40 minutes then arrived at El Cielito for about 30 minutes then stopped at a beach club for a decent cheeseburger lunch and beach time for one hour. Heading back the crew was very fun and entertaining serving unlimited water, soda, margaritas and beers listening to music and dancing. I chose this tour because the seaweed was very bad all over PDC and like Isla Mujeres, Cozumel was not affected. A very well ran tour and would do it all over again! Thank you Fernando and your crew for a wonderful FUN vacation experience.

We enjoyed the snorkeling where we saw manta ray, and a number of species of fish. They provided a great hamburger lunch with chips along with as many beers as you wanted to consume. The older kids and teens loved the water slides at the picnic area!

Our Captain, Angel, on Fury catamaran #4 was excellent! He was attentive to everyone's needs. When a rainstorm popped up at Cielo Beach, we left early to sail back north and spend more time at the private beach. Everyone appreciated this. Snorkeling above the reefs was awesome! The current allowed us to just float and observe all of the incredible fish and coral.

Great boat, Fantastic crew! Snorkeling was sub par, we went to Columbia reef instead of Palancar which was disappointing. Cielito was good, but we were away from where most of the starfish and rays were. We saw a couple though! The beach we went to for the burgers was fantastic. Good burgers too! On the way back they cranked up the tunes and the boat was a big dance party!! So much fun. Drinks were flowing and strong. All in all an excellent overall tour!!

I had the best time on this excursion. The crew was amazing. I saw the biggest real reef ever!!!! Partying at the sand bar was so fun and the food and margaritas was a treat. I danced with the crew and had an absolute blast. I would definitely do it again and recommend to a friend.

This was a very fun excursion. The boat and crew were great. Snorkeling was beautiful. We were picked up at Paradise beach so did miss out on some sailing time but it was within walking distance from Dreams. The crew was fun and the drinks were flowing. The private beach and lunch was great. The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because they require photo ID to board the boat (from the person who booked) and this was nowhere to be found in the booking or confirmation. Everyone at our pick up was surprised but everyone managed to come up with something. I just had my phone in a water bag and cash- thank god my some had a photo ID on his phone. The man at pick up was not particularly nice about it and almost didn’t let us board. There was a confirmation emails with details and perhaps this should be included in the future. Fun trip! Would book again.

My wife and I went on a Fury Catamaran tour. We had so much fun at the beach party. We enjoyed sightseeing, snorkeling, and partying on Cozumel. Very good with safety procedures and they didn’t force you to do anything you
didn’t want to do. The staff were fantastic, the catamaran trip was stunning. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Great experience! Sadly, the waters were pretty rough the first day we had it scheduled and it was cancelled so we had to reschedule. The rescheduling was so easy. We called Fury and they explained what was going on and put us on another day no charge. When we got there on our rescheduled day the waters were also rough, so we didn't get to snorkel at the named locations BUT got to snorkel in 2 other areas and they were so pretty! We saw a starfish and a stingray! After snorkeling we were to go to the beach to eat and chill but the waters were still choppy so we couldn't make it to the beach and they issued us a FULL REFUND. We were not expecting them to do that but we were so thankful they took care of there customers like this! Staff was amazing, always had us dancing and drinking. We would definitely book again with this company!

This is an amazing snorkel tour. The crew is professional and friendly. Very clean bathrooms and excellent service. The only downside is the time you get to spend at each snorkel site. The private beach with a mediocre hamburger and a bag of potato chips at the end is a waste of time. Our group would have preferred more time at the snorkel sites.

The staff were great! I wish they would have had belts instead of the life vests that go over your neck (some of the other boats use them). The life jackets mixed with the wind made it very hard to swim. Belts would have been great. But the boat was clean, safe, not overcrowded. The best part was el cielo. I wish they had an option to JUST go there- we would have loved to have spent all day there! Would totally do again! In fact, we tried to go again the next day if there was an el cielo only option! 😄

This was such a wonderful experience! The staff was great, bringing us drinks while cruising and very attentive to needs of guests/passengers. They take you to this nice sandbar with pink sand and sea rays.
