Mario with Visit Cozumel Shuttles & Tours is fantastic. He was so professional and on top of everything, even when our flight was delayed he was already aware and reassured me there was no issue. Alizon met us at the airport, with a warm smile sign in hand. We were then greeted for pick up to the airport with the same warmth and care as when we arrived. This was the smoothest airport pickup/dropoff service for a large group (8 of us) highly recommended!

Viator does not communicate with its partners well. Paid premium price for private transportation (fine with price). Extreme confusion between Viator and partners. Driver on return to airport showed up with too small a vehicle in spite of REPEATEDLY emailing to Viator that we were Scuba diving and had our own equipment.
The arrival was rough. The company was not at the airport. Someone from another company called and gave us a ride at no extra charge. It was a bit nerve-racking though. We weren't sure if we should go or not. And then the driver was pulled over by the police before we got 2 miles from the airport.
The ride back to the airport was smooth. It was the arrival that was rough.
A group of 8 of us booked a private round trip transfer from Cozumel Airport to our Secrets resort approximately 20 minutes away. Everything went great. They were waiting for us as we walked out of the terminal. They were at our hotel when they said they would be there to pick us up on our return trip to the airport a week later. Convenient, fast, good value and reliable.
They were there waiting for us at airport when we arrived and got us to our AirBnb with no problem. Had roundtrip arrangements and they came to the home at time requested taking care of the needs of all six ladies ride and luggage.
Airport transportation booking for 9- Pick up wasn’t exactly as described in the instructions but more importantly, the driver was 25 minutes late picking us up for the airport return. I called multiple times with no answer, WhatsApp messaged, very poor communication and no apology or explanation whatsoever.
Our family of 6 booked a round trip transfer between the airport and our resort. It was easy, on time and convenient. We would definitely book again.
The staff was friendly and punctual. They met us at the designated point and we were on our way in 10 minutes
Sandy was waiting for us with a sign, on time, friendly and efficient!! The van was clean and comfortable and the driver was also friendly and helpful!!
Fast easy and Reasonably priced. Easy to locate at the airport. Pleasant staff. We were greets outside the immigration/arrivals building and taken care of right away.
Highly recommend it was very easy and the directions were spot on that they send you so that was very helpful! Pablo was very friendly and gave us recommendations on other transportation when needed!

They did a great job. We lost our stroller and car seat on the flight so they had to wait a long time for us and we're very kind about it. They also provided a car seat for us to get us safely to our hotel until ours could be brought in.

We used viator for transfer from airport to resort and the experience was awesome... communication was prompt and personal over WhatsApp. And these folks were even flexible enough and responsive enough to switch from airport pickup to ferry pickup on the way in to Cozumel when our flights got messed up and we had to fly into Cancun vs Cozumel
Exceptional service!! We had a private shuttle for 8 people. Very reasonable price. Polite, courteous, professional, punctual. They even allowed us to make a quick stop at a convenience store on the way to the resort. Great company that we will use again and again.

I'm torn on this review because the airport pickup was terrible but the return trip was fantastic. So I rated it in the middle. Arriving at Cozumel Airport the company was supposed to be waiting with a sign near the Margaritaville stand. There was no one waiting, no one knew where she was, and it took 30 minutes before we found her. They need more check in people or something if you have to wait 30 minutes for someone when you didnt even have a shared transfer. The return trip driver was early and even asked if we wanted the scenic view or through the town to the airport. She was great. Roll the dice if you want. Hopefully they will fix the pickup process. We eventually got to the hotel.
We purchased the round trip service to and from the airport. We have a toddler that needed a carseat for our trip to the resort. Instead of travelling internationally with a giant seat, this service provided that for our transfer. The driver was waiting for us upon arrival and came to our hotel at the time we requested for departure. This service is more expensive than you'll pay for a standard taxi, but it is worth it for the expediency, convenience, and certainty.
We got out at the airport and spent an hour and a half in customs, so we’re very delayed from what we expected but they were standing there with our sign and everything went really smoothly with our ride.
The young man who greeted us was super nice and friendly and helpful. Our driver was courteous and a pleasure to drive with keeping us safe. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time. Service is so worth it ! Sorry i forgot the names :(

It was a private transfer for three. Both drivers, to and from the airport, were courteous, prompt, friendly and drove safe.
The charge is $120, and you can get a cab for $20!! The people were nice, but toooo much for the service.
Very accommodating and easy to make and update reservation. If I had a question or anything they always a got right back to me
The agent and the driver were already waiting for us when we arrived. We were a bit delayed because of the Timeshare people. We should have not stopped just like Viator have already advised us. Otherwise, the driver was understanding and sweet. Thank you
