It was easy to find and meet the representative after a long day of flying. The other people who were to share the ride were not there after a short wait and we were driven directly to our hotel. No stress at all.

Transportation was readily available once arriving at airport and promptly on time for return trip to airport at conclusion of trip. Vehicle was clean and comfortable for trip. Driver was safe and pleasant.

Using this shuttle service was a breeze, especially in a foreign to me country, their instructions were simple and helpful. There were 10 of us flying into Cozumel. 6 of us missed our connection and ended up in Cancun overnight. This fabulous company took care of us soooo well. Took the 4, as planned, and picked up the rest of us at Cozumel ferry the next day. We expected an upcharge or something, but no, just kindness and hospitality. Recommend 💯

Good driver, friendly and organized. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours and we arrived later than expected but they had a driver waiting for us when we arrived, no problem.
First time using Viator & app when traveling. I was kinda skeptic because everything seemed too easy when reserving. But it was so fast, easy and good! Sandy was our assigned helper. She greeted up with a big smile, super friendly and fast! Our driver was very friendly as well. I will definitely use all all the time
Pickup was fast and so was the drive to the resort. Driver also helped load and unload our bags 👍🏻
We did not find Sandy right away, she was waiting along the railing and not to the left of margaritaville - so the pickup was a bit confusing. It appears Viator works with (coordinates with) the local taxi for transports. For this reason, we got a personal transport instead of shared. This was nice. Car was clean and Juan was very friendly. They take a photo when you get in and out of car for their records and have you sign that you rode with them. They were on time for pickup and Sandy came with Carlos to get us. Travel to and from hotel was about 10-15 mins like they say. Only need a pickup 1.5 hours before flight if not checking bags.
Process from start to finish was Efficient. Communication was excellent, ahead of time and timelu. And they drop at the port !
We booked round trip shared tranp to our facility. We got hung up in airport and missed our van. Rep very helpful made another arrangement for us. Thank you Sandy!
Made the transfer painless and got us away from getting swarmed by sales-people.
Only thing is it was pricey. A typical cab to the airport is 3-400 pesos, which is $20, this is 3x that.

It’s also important to mention that taxis are not allowed to pick up passengers directly inside the airport, as it is a federal zone. Our service includes a professional representative waiting for you with a sign showing your name, ready to welcome and guide you right from the moment you exit.

I can’t express how happy I am for booking this transportation service. Someone was waiting at the airport exit with a sign with my name on it. She took our departure info and directed us to the kindest gentleman, Juan, who drove us to our resort. Juan pointed out sights along the way and made our drive enjoyable.
It was very efficient, the employees are very nice. We were close to the hotel. Just took forever to get our luggage.

This worked great! We had our reserved airport shuttle waiting for us when we arrived in Cozumel. We had 6 adults and luggage and we were in a nice sized van to take us to our all inclusive hotel, 25 minutes tops. Clean vehicle. We arranged the pick up time for our return trip to the airport when they dropped us off. We had reminder texts and emails. Highly recommend this service!

Cozumel Taxi on strike with airport & transfers to hotels were unavailable.
Had to leave airport property to stand in line for taxi at city street.
We were not able to use the transfer we paid for.
