Took the 4, as planned, and picked up the rest of us at Cozumel ferry the next day. We expected an upcharge or something, but no, just kindness and hospitality. Recommend 💯

We did not find Sandy right away, she was waiting along the railing and not to the left of margaritaville - so the pickup was a bit confusing. It appears Viator works with (coordinates with) the local taxi for transports. For this reason, we got a personal transport instead of shared. This was nice. Car was clean and Juan was very friendly. They take a photo when you get in and out of car for their records and have you sign that you rode with them. They were on time for pickup and Sandy came with Carlos to get us. Travel to and from hotel was about 10-15 mins like they say. Only need a pickup 1.5 hours before flight if not checking bags.

Made the transfer painless and got us away from getting swarmed by sales-people. Only thing is it was pricey. A typical cab to the airport is 3-400 pesos, which is $20, this is 3x that.

I can’t express how happy I am for booking this transportation service. Someone was waiting at the airport exit with a sign with my name on it. She took our departure info and directed us to the kindest gentleman, Juan, who drove us to our resort. Juan pointed out sights along the way and made our drive enjoyable.

This worked great! We had our reserved airport shuttle waiting for us when we arrived in Cozumel. We had 6 adults and luggage and we were in a nice sized van to take us to our all inclusive hotel, 25 minutes tops. Clean vehicle. We arranged the pick up time for our return trip to the airport when they dropped us off. We had reminder texts and emails. Highly recommend this service!

Cozumel Taxi on strike with airport & transfers to hotels were unavailable. Had to leave airport property to stand in line for taxi at city street. We were not able to use the transfer we paid for.

Even though the Operator wasn't at the airport waiting location noted in the booking information, they were easy enough to find considering how small the airport is. Returning to the airport from our resort was perfect! Driver was on time and super nice!
