When I picked a time and completed the checkout process the system changed the time to 11:00p, when I called to correct it they said there was nothing they could do and the reservation was nonrefundable.... the system let me pick a time which was unavailable and didn't say a thing, but I got there at the time I wanted and got on the shuttle anyway, there WAS room

The shuttle was easy to book and the cost was reasonable. Personnel were well organized, the cab driver was very nice, however the directions on where to go were unclear and the wait time in the van was excruciating.

This is the worst transportation service. Your website prompts me to do round-trip ticket but then you only allow one way And don’t even give customer the money back. Your company is a rip off and I will make sure I put that into my Tripadvisor review.

They cant help to drop the right hotel .they went to ask few others looking for hotel information then they told me I have to the other island they drop us far away from ferry station we have to walk with luggage and 2 kids also cross road terrible experience

Not your fault... I booked with you thinking that my hotelwas in Cozumel, but it was in Playa... I would think your system might recognize that when I told you where I was going. That's not what irritated me. Sitting in a HOT van for45 minutes then being stuffed inti A very uncomfortable position is Etsy irritated me. So I ended up paying $21 to be taken2 blocks to the ferry... But a good experience.

You failed on many levels- didn’t properly book return or extend one day for me. I’ve sent emails and want two $21.00 refunds ASAP. If not, I’ll dispute both charges. The hotel and I couldn’t even make a phone call to you. Inexcusable!!!

I'm sorry for the bad experience but this product is not for the return to the airport, you need a private service and this is a Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, as the name of this product says. The fact that you can take a taxi to the airport but not get one from there puts you at a disadvantage- on purpose I’m sure. If you don’t mind piling in a van with many others this is probably the cheapest option. Got us where we needed to go , chatted with some nice fellow passengers , certainly not luxurious but good enough.

They were easy to find and it was a comfortable ride. Had to wait about 20 mins for the shuttle to be filled but I didn’t mind and they dropped people off along the way depending on how close you stayed to the airport. The driver even gave us all a treat and was super friendly!

Very friendly and informative driver , pleasant ride once we got going. They didn’t have our names on their list., However after showing our paperwork they quickly got us going. Hopefully someone will pick us up next Saturday to return us to the airport as we paid for round trip. They assured me someone would. They would confirm by email. Nothing yet, but it’s only been a day.

This is a decent and dependable shuttle service however I have booked COZUSHUTTLE twice and on Viator it says it roundtrip for $19.90. It even asks for your arrival and departure information however once you get ready to depart and email COZUSHUTTLE to make arrangements to be picked up they say it is only one way. They tricked me twice on this. Just acted as if I was going to book again and it 100% asks for departure info, but YOU DO NOT GET PICKED UP!

Hello Daphne, we think there is a mis understanding, you did pay for a shared shuttle one way, we do have and option which is called shared shuttle/private roundtrip which cost 65 usd. System automatically asks for your depart information in case you choose this option. It doesn't mean that if you fill this information you will have a roundtrip transportation. Viator Shuttle?

Not impressed with how Viator handled finding shuttle. They should have arranged escorts for passengers to find the right shuttle service. Passengers are bombarded with vendors screaming at them to offer service, but we really did not know where to go. When we finally found the shuttles we were not certain which one because our wallet card ticket said Viator on it.

Hi Brian, we are confused, the essence of a shared shuttle is that you share with more people, also it could get crowded, but then again this is our cheapest option, for future references you could book a private shuttle that will give you the comfort and privacy that you are looking for when traveling. The ride was fine if packed. However an article of mine was buried under the other luggage and left in the van. Once we had realized this the van quickly departed. It took 2 hours and much time on the phone with both the tour operator and the office to arrange its return. Further they charged me $39 to return it, when the airport is literally less than a mile away. Do not use this service.

Hi anthony, thanks for your comments, we as tour operator make sure you get picked up at airport with out further due, It is clients responsabillity to make sure all of their belongings get delivered once dropped at hotel, also we where informed the article you forgot was part of a personal carry on bag, which is not recomended to be packed with everybody else luggage because this type of situation could happen. About return of your belonging our company is a serious one and proof of that is that we located your belonging fast and nobody stole nothing this is part of our efficency as a company. company gave you 2 options to go and pick your belonging from hotel to airport and you chose the option to be delivered to you, as further comments, if you chose a private taxi to go to pick up your belonging taxi would've charged you 50 dollars roundtrip, so we did save you 11 dollars and item was delivered straight to you, I hope you understand we all make mistakes and this time we did help you fixed one mistake that was not part of our responsability. greetings.
