We offer a private, punctual and comfortable transportation service from Cancun Airport to hotels in different areas of Cancun and the Riviera Maya. || Please confirm the area of ​​your accommodation to avoid extra charges. || Upon arrival, collect your luggage and head out of the terminal through the exit marked "Shuttle and Taxis." A Travelfy representative will be waiting to welcome you and assist you in boarding your vehicle. Your transportation will be ready exactly 20 minutes after your flight lands and will wait for you up to 60 minutes after the landing time. The service is private and exclusive; all passengers must arrive on the same flight and time. Transportation to different terminals is not permitted. Meeting points to locate your driver: · Terminal 2 (domestic arrivals): Welcome Bar. · Terminal 2 (international arrivals): Welcome Bar. · Terminal 3: Margaritaville Bar. · Terminal 4: Welcome Bar. To ensure a safe and efficient experience, we recommend that you ignore any person or agency within the airport attempting to offer you services. In case of any questions or need for assistance, please contact us immediately so that our representative can guide you to the appropriate vehicle. | The pick-up time will be confirmed one day before your flight. Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel. Please be ready and in the lobby before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the agreed time. Cancun International Airport recommends arriving at least three hours before your flight departure. When scheduling your pick-up time, consider the time needed for: · The journey to the airport. · The registration, security and check-in process. · If you are not sure what would be the ideal time for your pick-up, please contact us and we will be happy to help you coordinate your departure so that it is punctual and without setbacks.

    Driver was nice. He was a few minutes late but that wasn’t a big deal. We were supposed to have a luxury SUV but got a large white van. It was clean and fine but not what we had reserved

    Very bad!!! Over one and a half hours at airport to locate driver. No AC in van. Call several numbers and just a machine, NO HELP! Taxie driver ended up helping, no one with sign with our name like we were told.

    Did I just get scammed?

    I paid online in advance and still had to.pay on arrival. Now I'm out $250 for a $110 ride. Scammed.

Your original reservation was made for a shuttle to the Cancun area, which covers only downtown and the hotel zone of Cancun. However, your actual destination was an Accommodation located in Akumal, a completely different area and over an hour away. Since February 20th, we have contacted you on multiple occasions to inform you of this error and provide you with two options: - Modify your reservation on Viator by selecting the correct option for your destination. - Keep your original reservation with an additional cost to be paid upon boarding. Despite our many and repeated messages and follow-ups, we never received a response from you. Because of this, upon your arrival, it was necessary to cover the corresponding adjustment, as we had informed you well in advance. We understand that situations like this can cause discomfort, but it is essential to review the details of the reservation before completing it.     They advertised it as an SUV allowing plenty of space. They showed up with a small Toyota one way and then a Nissan for the other trip. They were not sure our luggage would fit in the vehicle. We paid top dollar for what was advertised, but that is not what we received.
