We come to Cancun twice a year, and every time we book the stretch Lincoln. We have gotten Moises every time! He has always made us feel welcome and like we are family. Knowing we were back for my husbands birthday, he even decorated the inside of the car with balloons. He always goes above and beyond to welcome his family back and wish us safe travels when he takes us back to the airport. We wouldn’t want to book anywhere else or with anyone else. Thank you Moises!

Our driver, Moises, was incredible!! Cold champagne, great music, and very respectful. The trip to the resort was 45 minutes, and it felt like we were only traveling for 15 minutes because of the wonderful hospitality. The car was clean and included massage chairs.

It was perfect. As soon as I took my phone off airplane mode there was a text from our driver Gomez letting us know exactly where he would be. Once we got through the airport we were greeted by Gomez who was very friendly and professional. We got to the car and Gomez quickly got us some nice cold towels which felt like heaven because that humidity hits you hard once you get out of the air conditioning of the airport especially when your not used to humidity coming from Alberta Canada. The car was beautiful inside and out and we had an ice cold beer on our way to our resort and listened to some good music as we chatted with a super nice guy in Gomez. We enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish and would use them again if we come back to Cancun.

When booking my transportation, there was a huge mistake on Viators end that I ended up paying for regardless of the circumstance. This was all documented in Viators system because it was processed via their chat system. I was celebrating my birthday and wanted to have luxury travel from the airport to my resort. I found what I thought was the perfect means of transportation for a one way trip. There were 3 location options tochoose from which was a little confusion on my end because I couldn't pinpoint the exact route for my resort. I reached out via the viator chat option for assistance. I gave the representative, Arnel, all of my information for Luxury travel limo service MKZ to my resort Bahia Principe Coba, because there were 3 location choices and I wasn't sure where Coba was located in Mexico. All I wanted to do was confirm the correct location so that I could process and enter the information myself. I explained this in other words to Arnel, but she insisted on booking it to ensure that I made the correct selection. She stated she would email me a link to follow to complete the booking with my payment information. I gave in and followed the directions to in the email and paid $97 as instructed. I received a confirmation with trip info, but the pick up time was not listed in the reservation. I called viator to confirm the pick up time and spoke with a representative by the name of Mia. I confirmed airport arrival time and resort name and Mia informed me that I would need to pay an additional $61 because the representative (Arnel) sent the wrong information in the link. She stated that the link was for resorts in Cancun and my resort is in Akumal which is further and cost more. I was very disappointed and stated it was not about the money, but the viator rep insisted on making the booking and made the mistake its all documented and that they should make up for the mistake not me. Mia placed me on hold and came back a couple of minutes later to insist that I would have to pay the difference. (My thoughts was where's the hospitality or service for the customer). Being that it was just a day or so before my departure, I didn't want to argue and cancel. That would mean finding another luxury transport at the last minute, so I agreed to pay the difference. I felt for a company as large as Viator, they should have taken that one and apologize for the inconvenience. Next Airport arrival. Driver Moises Basilio was on time and very hospitable upon our arrival. He gave us cool wet towels to wash our hands. When we got into the vehicle it was really nice, but the takeaway is that there is a huge partition in the middle of the seat. The partition was a case that held 2 champagne glasses in which we were allowed to use. We wiped them clean and used them The package comes with 2 ice cold beers per person, 2 cold BUI waters, 2 packs of nuts and 3 packs of cookies. I am not a beer drinker, so I purchased a bottle of duty free champagne on our way out of the airport. Moisis was nice and popped the bottle for us to prevent any incidents. As we were riding, we placed our glasses in the cup holders which held them quiet well until Moises slammed on the brakes while driving in heavy traffic causing one of the glasses to tip forward and break. I told him, but I didn't think he heard me. My husband and I carefully gathered the pieces, and placed them inside of the broken part of the glass and placed it back in the partition that held them. My husband saw that there was a sign in Spanish that had Moises name on it which stated :gratuities appreciated." My husband asked if $25 should be enough and I stated yes. So we put $25 aside to give him upon our arrival to our resort. By the time we got there my husband had consumed 3 of the 4 beers, I do not drink beer, but decided to take the last beer along with the waters since it was a part of our package. When we pulled up to the resort,my husband told Moises what happened to the champagne glass and Moises immediately stated it was our fault and it would cost us $20, we thought he was joking, but he made it clear that we had to pay for the glass. So we figured we'll, since he slammed on the breaks, it was his fault as well and unfortunately it would have to come from his tip. My husband gave him the $25 which was folded up, we said our thank you's and he returnedyo his vehicle. We were speKing with the bell hops and Moisis had returned, he immediately demanded that we give him the last beer back. I asked him was that not included in our package and he stated "no, I need the bottle back." I gave it back to him just to keep from making a scene. It was not as serious as paying $20 for a cheap champagne glass. I take it he was a little bitter. With that being said, I don't really know if I would use there service again or refer. All it takes is one person's attitude to ruin the impression for those that could possibly come afterwards. I really hate that it ended in that manner because I am celebrating my birthday and was not expecting any unpleasant experiences.

We are fully compromised company with the environment, as many to mentioned is that we have dismissed the paper in many of our operations process, we recycle every bottle we use, and the beers are returnable. You can take the product but not the glass bottle. Glassware is delicately chosen and prepared for every passenger, we need them for our next guest.
