The deluxe "Wild" tour was absolutely amazing! The bike ride through the jungle and into the cave was spectacular. Then, the time in the river with snorkeling gear and helmets/headlamps - we will never forget it. Our guide and photographer were top notch.

Our guide, Memo, was awesome. The tour itself was intense and awesome - the sights were incredible and Memo is a diver, so he had additional insights in the underground river. This place is like nowhere else I or my family had ever been, and we've been to a lot of places around the world (Hawaii, Colorado, Iceland). For that alone, it's worth going.
Food - breakfast and lunch - were excellent as was the service. The people genuinely seemed to like working there and they took good care of us.
Some feedback: The bikes are lousy. We had bad shifting and chains on the bikes. We peddled through some challenging terrain in the jungle and in caves, going up and downhill, over rocks and roots, and several other kinds of areas. You need a good bike and bike maintenance was really poor. That said, our guide traded me out his bike (which was slightly better) and took my bike, which was terrible.
Also, if you have friends or relatives with you who are skittish, be sure they know: bats, scorpions, spiders, and the notion of jaguars, pumas, and cougars could get them a little riled up. Forewarn them so they can opt out of this one if they'd like.
Same with fitness: if you're along with people who aren't fit or accustomed to riding bikes on tough terrain, they might want to pass. That said, they'd be missing out on an incredible sensory experience.
Also, be aware: it's 90 minutes to the site from the southern point of the Hotel Zone. Be patient with the ride and it'll pay off in what you see and experience.

The whole experience was incredible. Our guides/photographer were so kind and helpful. We were impressed with everything. Even the food was good. Definitely worth the time and money and we're so glad we decided to do it!

Amazing adventure tour involves biking in cave and jungle followed by cave exploration, swimming. Well organized. Our tour guide Imelda was amazing and so was our photographer Perseo.

Was an absolutely wonderful adventurous experience. Wish I would have been allowed to have my phone with me for personal pictures, I would have still bought some professional ones from the guide… also, the bikes need to be mountain bikes instead of regular older ones… makes it harder to enjoy all the amazing biking activity!

This was one of the best tour experiences I ever had and, in my 69 years, I have taken a great many tours in many countries. It is definitely a tour for people who are ready to bike and hike over some uneven ground and through caves. That being said, the guide we had was very accommodating to my slower pace. The cave was beautiful but what made the trip memorable was our guide, Daniel. He was very knowledgeable about botany, caves and underground rivers. You could tell he was passionate about his job and that made all the difference. (Maybe, calling me "wonder woman" the whole trip helped a little. It did help motivate me on that bike ride.) You bike about 7 kms. Then hike through caves which is not too rough but I did fashion myself a walking stick because some of the terrain is a bit uneven. You are provided with helmets and water shoes and a wet suit for the underground swimming. Keep in mind that that you will bike and hike the exact reverse of what you biked and hiked in when you leave. (almost sorry we did not know that until we were done). I would say this tour is best for adults with some level of fitness. Again it is all about the guide and we had the best!!!!

We did not have a lot of expectations on this tour but it was all so well planned and executed from our guides ”Mogli” and Yolanda. The other participants did not show up on the tour so me and my friend got a private tour. Expect this to be quite tough- especially the cycling was very hard in the heat. But the cycling is also quite short. Once in the cave, the guides were so passionate about the wildlife and gave us the best experience. This was one of the highlights on our entire trip around Mexico. As long as you are up for a challenge, this tour is a must! We also bought the photo package. It is quite pricy but it is impossible to get as good pictures on your own and also very nice to not need to bother with cameras, and instead simply enjoy!

Where do I begin ? This was truly a once in a lifetime experience !!! If you ever want to feel like your on a “survivor” scene this is it. Do not do this excursion if your not physically fit, into hiking, and being in the wilderness. It is not for the weak. Now with that being said Donnie our main instructor was wonderful. He was very informative and super nice. We also had a nice picture man Oscar who walked with my wife and I for a large duration of the day because the bike ride is pretty dangerous and she didn’t feel comfortable riding the bikes and swimming in the cave. Set aside that it was amazing a once in a lifetime experience that I’m glad we did. Would I ever do it again (probably not) because this isn’t really our cup of tea but between the host and the amazing private group we was with everything was perfect. It’s definitely worth a shot !!!

Highly recommend. One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Be sure you are in shape, the trek is strenuous.

This was an amazing excursion. It is physically exerting as you will be biking, hiking and swimming. It is a blast and we’ll worth the effort and price. From an an amazing tour guide to good food and transportation, I would definitely recommend this trip.

After a bumpy start of us being forgotten for pickup, the tour itself was amazing. Our guide was Ari and he was amazing. He did a fantastic job explaining all of the history and keeping us all on track. Jose was our photographer and he provided us some amazing shots of our family of 6. We got close to 150 pictures so the photo package was absolutely worth it. This experience is an absolute must. You will not regret it.
The only thing that would have made it better if I had to give an improvement would be to take some photos in the dry cave as well. There was some amazing formations in there.
Thanks for an awesome time.

Our tour guide Felipe was AWESOME! Felipe went in depth about the cultural aspects of cenotes and the mayan culture. Even explaining the ecosystem of rio secreto in an interesting manner. Activities were fun and a moderately strenuous for beginners, but staff were very courteous and made sure everyone was comfortable. I recommend for everyone to re-apply bug spray after the water snorkeling for the bike ride back. Mosquitos did chew us up! The linch was also very delicious and filled us up. I recommend this tour to everyone!
