Chris was excellent he was patient and found us we were guided to-terminal 4 by airport security it were supposed to meet at terminal 3 but Chris was great and found us so thank you for finding us . He was great

Driver was great. There at the airport at the appointed time but when we arrived at the resort he said there was an additional charge in addition to the fee I had already paid in advance. Paid him the difference out of his tip. He deserved a tip but sounded like he had included it with the additional surcharge.

We've recieved your reservation with the next "special requierement": Customer agreed to pay extra USD 20 for them to be dropped off at Carretera Federal Chetumal, Puerto Juarez Km.259-100, Predio 2, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico. We just follow the instructions they gave us. That's why the driver ask you for this extra due to there is no way to Viator can charge this amount. Viator never paid us this amount. When we asked them about the situtation, their reply was: Hi Reservations, Please be advice that you need to contact the customer personally because according to the message that we received the customer agreed to pay the extra USD 20.00 balance initially.
