We enjoyed our tour. They arrived at our resort 30 minutes early and waited for us. Roberto, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the Mayan Ruins we visited and was very entertaining. We appreciated him being so eager to share his culture with us and we enjoyed the other families we got to know on this adventure!

Beautiful locations but missed all of the info

I was the only person on the tour that did not speak spanish, even though I signed up for an english tour. I missed all of the history because i was getting frustrated constantly asking for the guide to repeat it in english and they seemed frustrated that they needed to repeat it for me. I did go with a friend that spoke spanish but wasn't able to sit with them because the bus was too full.

Make sure you double check the itinerary before confirming the trip. Just because it’s listed on Viator under “what to expect”, doesn’t mean you should expect it. I booked this trip hoping to see one thing and when I got on the bus, they told me that it wasn’t part of the itinerary (even though it was listed as the first stop). I actually had planned my vacation around this tour - and never got to see what I wanted. I should have booked another.

I had an amazing experience on my tour and I will definitely recommend this tour to my travel clients! The guides were excellent, funny and friendly and eager to make sure everyone enjoyed the experience- they even took photos for us! They were knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and I was sad when the tour had to end!

Seeing the Mother Nature statue was beautiful and the line moved quickly. When we were done we were informed we’d be going with another tour guide. I thought it was everyone but it was only myself and my cousin. The next stop we didn’t expect the walk to be that long. We wasn’t prepared for that at all. We stayed behind as the rest of the group walked. I don’t understand why this is the three tour we have been on and keep seeing everyone get free drinks when that wasn’t offered to us during booking. I feel like all the drinks should be in continued in the price. We ended up skipping the next place and just did the cenote. If you book this my advise is to wear comfortable shoes and clothes. This wasn’t the tour to be cute on.

Okay, First of, let me apologize now for being 10mins late from our pick up time, maybe this is why they left us in Playa Del Carmen by ourselves not knowing anyone or anything not speaking the same language. we were very anxious and terrified!! Ok let’s start, I booked this tour because I’ve been wanting to visit Tulum and the famous Ahau hotel not knowing that we will just take a quick photo op at the side of the sculpture!!😂 I also booked an English tour and for some reason the tour guide kept on speaking spanish. I even had to message the company that it was not what we booked for. I understand, because majority of the tourists are spanish speaking. But still!🤷‍♀️ Did not even ask if we fully understand spanish, I was so pissed. To add up, so we were picking up people right, there was a time they had to drop off a family of 2 somewhere. It felt like it was a public transportation rather than a private group tour🤦🏻‍♀️ Other places was ok, I still feel we should have gone to a different agency sorry. Last stop Playa Del carmen we just went to 1 store to buy souvenirs to take back home because we don’t want to miss the group, pick up location and time. We went to 5th avenue where we’re all supposed to meet up. I don’t know which 5th ave they went to. We went back to the store because we know the other tour guide is there with the other couple in our group. So we were just waiting for them outside the store because we don't want to bother them. Then next thing we know they are gone!! We panicked we tried to follow them. They’re nowhere to be found even at 5th ave we tried to find them again. Then they left us, didn’t even tried to find or call us. I had to call the company because i don’t know if they forgot about us or what they’re planning to do with us. Then someone named Arturo told us to get a taxi because the Van had left already. Thank you! Could have left a 0 out of 5 star out of our experience with this tour but they were kind enough to reimburse us with taxi which even cost them more than looking for us. Anyway, we had a great time in Mexico. Please try not to leave your customers behind again. If I had not called your company what are you going to do? Does the van even know we weren’t in there yet? Because we’re the one who got in touch with you first.. i dont know. We are just thankful we got home safe.

Worth every penny. Took a long time with pick ups but went to everything as described And more. Guide knowledge and friendly and gladly taking out photos. Will highly recommend but be prepared for the long pick up/drop off

Had a wonderful time, the tour guides and drivers were very courteous. The van was nice and air conditioned. Cenote was beautiful and I really enjoyed Coba and the ruins. I.would recommend this tour. It is an all day trip wear comfortable shoes.

Not a private tour

Tour guide and driver were wonderful. Very informative. Enjoyed lunch and experience. Im only giving 4 stars because viator says its a private tour/ only your group will participate and its NOT true. We were in a van full of people. this is misleading. Other than that it was a great experience
