Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen Guests who are in Playa del Carmen only apply at one time: 09:30 am Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by it's own please get in contact with us so we can provide assistance. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Cocobongo wich is the closest meeting point The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Great Tour -- Poor Communication

Not the best start. Driver was very late after contacting the office to express frustration the tour operator eventually hung up on me and would refuse to take our calls. Overall it was a great day but honestly a poor start and for this reason I wouldn't recommend.

There was a delay due to a traffic accident in the area and the transportation arrived 10 minutes late. "Very late" is a stretch. We informed about it but you kept pushing multiple calls just to shout and complaint, with a hostile attitude towards the customer service staff You are not reviewing the tour, you are reviewing yourself
