They never showed up and they later said that the winds were to severe however we saw other boats out there all day parasailing and there were no winds at all. Don’t use this company, still waiting for a refund.

thanks for your comments. We work under the port captain's rules, if they tell us that they cannot go out to operate and since we are part of the association we have to respect it.

My husband and I booked this as an excursion 10/20/23. When I received confirmation, we proceeded by taxi to the meeting point that was listed as a google map pin drop. This ended up being the wrong address. We then had to get another taxi to the correct location. When we arrived no one was available for check in. There was workers present at a location next door that informed us “all of these excursions were canceled due to high winds”. It did not seem to be much winds at all and there were active parasailing activities we could visually see at that exact moment. We ended up having to walk back to our resort. I attempted many times to contact an attendant directly at the excursion company without success. I have also explained to viator with request for a refund with no answer other than they are reaching out to the excursion company. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE

We are sorry to hear your displeasure but we appreciate the comments. In our product it is in the description that the activity takes place at Playa Tortugass at kilometer 6.5. That day we were waiting but the wind restricted maritime activities and for safety reasons all activities were closed. We are sorry for the bad time, we have already proceeded to refund the activity with Viator
