Overall 100 out of 10. The crew was wonderful, the food was amazing, cleanliness was on point. You get what you pay for, I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Beautiful boat, can’t express how much it meant to our trip with my wife and close family.

Dont book! Charged for van prices . Specifically asked for private van transportation for 2 people. No welcoming sign. Had to ask another person for help. Escorted to very small car and my guy is 6ft 4 !!!!!!! Luggage slung all around in back of car. Guy complained about traffic and he was supposed to be off. Had resort to call about transportation because I don’t speak Spanish was assured Van would pickup. Return trip even worse! Driver was late! Car was even smaller our back was so sore getting out car. We felt every bump! Luggage was stored in front seat. The worse transportation ever don’t use!!!!

Good. Perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to find at the airport. Inexpensive. With so many people coming at you at the airport it’s best to have your transfer already set up. They took us straight to the Hotel Zone without any problems.

The cost is very reasonable. They communicated the whole time; all the way until we met up. But I originally booked a round trip. My flight in was cancelled and I would not arrive until the next day. They would not transfer my date. I had to pay for another pick up. I lost my round trip back to the airport which means I have to spend another $75 with someone to get us back. The van was extremely hot and the tour guide didn’t talk much to us. Wasn’t really friendly. Giving it a 3 star because they got us where we needed to be in a timely manner. We did tip him.

Plane and luggage 1.5 hours later than scheduled, and we still had our ride waiting for us. I was worried I would lose the ride and money , but it worked out perfectly!

Was easy to locate our Yamevi representative. Waited a short time for our ride. The driver was a good drive & very polite to us. He got us to the ferry in time so we could catch the earlier ferry. Very happy with your service.
