Dont book! Charged for van prices . Specifically asked for private van transportation for 2 people. No welcoming sign. Had to ask another person for help. Escorted to very small car and my guy is 6ft 4 !!!!!!! Luggage slung all around in back of car. Guy complained about traffic and he was supposed to be off. Had resort to call about transportation because I don’t speak Spanish was assured Van would pickup. Return trip even worse! Driver was late! Car was even smaller our back was so sore getting out car. We felt every bump! Luggage was stored in front seat. The worse transportation ever don’t use!!!!

Good. Perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to find at the airport. Inexpensive. With so many people coming at you at the airport it’s best to have your transfer already set up. They took us straight to the Hotel Zone without any problems.

The cost is very reasonable. They communicated the whole time; all the way until we met up. But I originally booked a round trip. My flight in was cancelled and I would not arrive until the next day. They would not transfer my date. I had to pay for another pick up. I lost my round trip back to the airport which means I have to spend another $75 with someone to get us back. The van was extremely hot and the tour guide didn’t talk much to us. Wasn’t really friendly. Giving it a 3 star because they got us where we needed to be in a timely manner. We did tip him.

Nous sommes débarquer de l'avion vers 4 heures le temps de récupérer nos valises nous sommes sortie de l'aéroport vers 5 heures, nous avons bien surveiller partout et ce jusqu'à 6 heure et jamais nous avons vu votre conducteur . nous avons discuter avec plusieurs personnes afin de trouver votre conducteur et nous avons jamais trouver. ont veux un remboursement car en plus de la perte de temps ont a du prendre un taxi de l'aéroport au frais de 85 $ US.
