It was an amazing trip! Everyone on the cruise was wonderful and super friendly. They kept us up on drinks and fun. The lunch was delicious on Isla mujeres, they waited for us on the cruise when we were running a little late. The island was beautiful. I recommend this to anyone looking for laid back trip and not too crowded.

Trip was fun but communications very poor. Told wrong departure location so had to get a second taxi to correct marina. Crew nice but hour on Isla a peddlers swarm so not able to walk around and relax. Good sights while snorkeling

HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK

Extremely disappointed and upset with this company. I messaged them the day before to confirm pickup time. They told me pickup was at 11:20 and wait in front of the hotel at 11:10. I waited outside from 11:10 to 11:35 then I finally messaged the driver on the WhatsApp number provided. No response from the driver. At 11:45 I called the company and they said that the driver was stuck in traffic and wasn’t going to pick me up. I could either take a taxi to the dock or get a refund but if I took a taxi to the the dock I wouldn’t make it on time. I am so upset because if they had told me at 11:10 that they weren’t going to pick me up I could have made it in a taxi. 0/10 for communication, I can’t believe they would just decide to not pick me up and not tell me. Also, it was too late in the day to book an excursion with another company so they totally screwed me over. Do not book with them through trip advisor or Viator, use a different company.

Pros and cons of this excursion…. Pros: great host(once on board), good music, excellent service “while on board”. Excellent snorkelling experience. Cons: Check in was not okay. They didn’t have us on their reservation list despite me having all my proof of confirmations. The guy sent us to some other area of the marina trying to get rid of us. Once we returned to him he Finally realized we were on the list and gave us a wrist band. Meanwhile we had just travelled by cab from our resort 40 minutes away. I was afraid they would not take us. Getting onto the boat, they told us to stand to the side (singled us out) and let only the Mexicans and Spanish speaking people on first. A few of us non Spanish speaking people (we weren’t the only ones) were left to the end to get on the boat last. I have a family of four. They only spoke Spanish. Hard to get them to explain things in English. They re-use the plastic cups continuously for every guest. Eeek. We watch this. Absolutely zero Covid protocols. Lunch: oh my. Scary is all I have to say…. All in all, once we were on the boat, the service was excellent with them serving drinks and entertainment. The snorkelling was excellent and well organized. With the check in issue, the food for lunch, zero Covid protocols and feeling a bit not wanted because we did not speak Spanish, we still provided a good tip and had a nice experience. I will book through a more reputable charter next time.

Great crew and a really fun time. The pickup/drop off from the resort worked great - we were just a bit too early on the pickup as we arrived at marina an hour before departure but they give you coupons for the Starbucks next door and let you wait in air conditioning. Heads up that marina fee $15 is per person! More of a party boat vibe with music and lots of drinks. We were the only American family for this trip but they made sure we understood the instructions and options. Didn’t feel out of place. Food for lunch was great and definitely rent the golf cart at Isla Mujeres. They even stopped the boat and let us jump out to swim. Overall, would do this again and would recommend booking for a fun time.
