Our driver was at the hotel before we had checked. Very prompt and courteous. Van was clean and he did not drive as bad as some drivers during outbreaks time in Cancun.

Victor or Hector if I remember it right is really nice and friendly he dropped us off the airport, a bit late but understable considering the traffic here at Cancun. It was a good experience, most likely will contact the same shuttle service when we get back since the other shuttle service we have prior to this is sketchy and no show..Be carefull not use them " Speedy Shuttle" arranged by Travelocity.

Sr. Caballero was absolutely fantastic. He arrived early and was super personable. He explained the route and how long it would take us to get to the airport, etc and everything worked out perfectly. I mistakenly booked a small group transport but he made everything ok with us!

Received confirmation letter from transfer company that we were to look for our driver wearing a green shirt and khaki pants. We would have still been waiting at the airport for our transfer to Playa if some other drivers had not made some phone calls. We were directed to go to Best Day Travel were they had all our transportation information.

We were greeted outside the airport by Wendy and she contacted the driver to pull around and we were escorted on to the bus by Jorge Rivas our wonderful driver. He took our bags and even offered us beverages for our drive to our hotel. Great service and I would recommend to anyone!
