I only gave a 2 because I did get a refund. We ended up taking a cab. Despite txting with them, they later decided they couldn’t provide transportation for 2 to the hotel zone& we would need to get a refund from viator….

Transfer nightmare from Cancun Airport to my Hotel

I booked this reservation from the Cancun airport to my hotel over the phone with Viator. When I got to the airport and found the people for the transfer, they told me that my reservation wasn’t booked correctly and then I owed more money because it wasn’t going to the area where my hotel was located. I had to pay more money in cash I had to wait an hour, even though I had the paperwork showing that I had booked to my hotel and paid for it. I could not reach anybody at TripAdvisor or via or it was really a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend TripAdvisor at all.

Terrible! Did not show up. Seen prior reviews saying they didn’t show for others but gave the benefit of the doubt. Don't waste your time. No number to call. Contacted Viator for refund and had to spend money to make the phone call because was left stranded and still waiting for refund. Had to pay double to get a taxi at the airport. Dont waste your time. So unprofessional
