    • Infants must sit on laps
    • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
    • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
    • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
    • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
    • Children between the ages of 6 and 9 must be accompanied by an adult.
    • The minimum age for driving an ATV is 16
    • ⁠If you select the “Shared ATV” option you will ride with your companion or with any other passenger/tour guide available
    • If you are pregnant, you should not take part
    • Operator reserves the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
    • Wear comfortable beach clothing, closed-toe shoes, and water shoes.
    • Due to safety reasons, the use of cellphone/cameras is not allowed during the tour, including head-mounted devices
    • Children 5 and younger are not allowed
    • You should bring insect repellent, towels and a change of clothes
    • You should bring swimwear
