So be prepared you will pay $20 per person docking fee when you get there you’re gonna be so early bring lots of money because you’re gonna wanna feed yourself and buy yourself something to drink. It cost money to use the restrooms when you finally get on the catamaran They feed your drinks immediately alcohol. Before they even start talking to you then everybody gets seated and you have someone standing upfront giving you directions this person was loud and obnoxious. He never told us that we couldn’t drink if we wanted to go snorkeling so upon asking for another drink, he said no I’m not giving you one if you’re going snorkeling when the whole boat was fed alcohol immediately I still went snorkeling and he told us that if we weren’t really strong swimmers and repeated it like 14 times not to go snorkeling he scared the crap out of me when I got to go snorkeling. It was just fine. He said we would be snorkeling for a long time and you had to be a strong swimmer no you didn’t. You had a life jacket on and it was the easiest snorkel ever so don’t be afraid. Then we got to Isla Mujeres and we spent hours in the town bring lots of money cause you’re gonna want to eat again because the only thing they give you is drinks on the boat. so then after hours of being on the island, they will take you to another island where they will feed you and it is a buffet with only hotdog white rice with a little bit of orange coloring, buttered noodles and pulled chicken. It was the worst buffet I’ve ever seen in my life. I don’t know why we went to a different island. It was discouraging. We were all tired and we were all hungry. at the dock, our guides admitted to the fact that they were high and drunk and maybe that’s why that guy was screaming at us like we were children. He was rude and when I confronted him on it, he told me he wasn’t giving me a ride back. I of course, got back on the catamaran and went back cause there’s no way they’re leaving me on an island

Terrible Experience – Misleading and Chaotic We signed up for what was advertised as a snorkeling and lunch excursion to Isla Mujeres, expecting a relaxing, family-friendly day. Unfortunately, it was anything but that. The lunch portion was extremely disappointing. The buffet line was incredibly long, and the food quality was questionable at best. It felt more like a crowded municipal cafeteria than an enjoyable beach club experience. As for the Isla Mujeres stop, we were dropped off at an overly crowded shopping location. We were told we had to stand in line for a stamp or we wouldn’t be allowed back on the boat. It turned out to be an identification system so the boat operators could receive a commission on anything we purchased. This felt misleading and uncomfortable. The atmosphere on the catamaran was also inappropriate for the demographic onboard. The music blasted nonstop club-style techno for the entire 8-hour trip. Most guests were families, and even the younger adults seemed tired of it. It created a chaotic environment rather than a relaxing Caribbean experience. We didn’t even reach the snorkeling location until late in the day. When we finally did, everyone was given life jackets and instructed to follow a guide for roughly two football-field lengths in a large, crowded group with people splashing everywhere. The snorkeling lasted maybe 30–45 minutes before we were ushered back onto the boat. It felt rushed and underwhelming. To make matters worse, a few adults in their early 60s who were certified divers were told they were “too old” to participate and had to remain on the boat after already enduring the chaotic day. After everyone returned from snorkeling, the guide held a beer-chugging contest that felt more like a frat party than a family excursion. When we disembarked, one man was so intoxicated his family had to drag him off the boat because he couldn’t walk on his own. Overall, this was a misleading, overcrowded, and poorly managed excursion. It was a complete waste of a day and not at all the relaxing snorkeling experience we were promised.

A bit haphazard

They agreed to pick up at our hotel which was great, however the driver was 45 min late. Catamaran was pretty small and seating was limited. Crew and captain were fantastic however the lunch spot on isla mujeres was overcrowded and offered no shade unless you rented a cabana. Overall experience was fine but you may want to pay a bit more for a bigger catamaran with better perks.

Once you get on boat it was a great trip with a great crew. We booked with transportation included but didn’t show up so we missed our boat. We were able to get on the next one after our uber ride.

We booked for a girls trip. I included transportation to and from hotel and this experience was not the best. They went to the wrong hotel and then requested we take a taxi to the meeting point (which they paid for) but took away the experience because he had to figure out what was going on , so communication was not there. The catamaran and crew were nice . Lots of drinks but we didn't get a snack after snorkeling. We didn't get to really enjoy snorkeling because of choppy waters and falling behind schedule so something I want to re experience in the future.
