Our experience was a mixed bag. The company is run by lovely people but it seems like the quality of tours really depends on what tour guide you get.
We had the worst tour guide (Dalida). She was very late and didn’t cover all the places listed in the itinerary. She didn’t take us to explore Islamic Cairo and the Khan-el-Khallili bazaar and when we asked her about it, she laughed at us. And for the sites she actually took us to, she acted like she couldn’t be bothered to be there with us and would speak to us for two minutes before walking away or going on WhatsApp.
We were also pressured into visiting a shop with a very uncomfortable setup. We ended up spending 45€ on 200g of tea (which is insane I know but we felt like we had no choice because of pressure from everyone). TOP TIP I recommend you refuse to even enter.
!!BEWARE, despite what the description says, we had to pay for lunch. It was not included. 730 EGP for a below average buffet style meal. We suspect that this was the guide scamming us but this is something to be wary of.
Despite all of this, I am giving this three stars because when I communicated how terrible our experience was to the tour operator (Mohamed), he immediately apologised and tried to rectify the situation. We ended up going on a second complimentary tour to the NMEC with this company & it was MILES better. Our second guide (Reymon Ayub) was great. He was engaging & even when his English faltered, he tried to explain in very creative ways. We had a fantastic morning with him. He went above and beyond, even helping us with issues with our accommodation. He was the picture of Egyptian hospitality.
In short, the experience you will have will totally depend on the guide. Keep your wits about you & if you are uncomfortable at all, contact the tour operator - he is a star.

Our guide Rana was excellent! Very polite with deep knowledge of the history and always willing to reply to our questions!

This is a poorly communicated and planned tour. From the start, it is not clear that you are responsible for the admission to each of the sites. You'll need to come with ~480 EGP per person to access the Citadel and the Museum. Additionally, our tour did not include the bottles of water as described. Our guide and driver were not informed of the itinerary that is described here either. When we got into the car, our guide asked us what we wanted to see. All in all, very disorganized and not recommended. Two stars given for the guide as they did the best they could given the circumstances.

This tour is a must do!!!! Mohamed was an amazing guide. He arrived on time, is super friendly, provided great conversation and facts each step of the way. He really knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable about each attraction and the History of Egypt itself! Did I mention he's a great photographer as well and will capture every moment along the way :-) It was truly a wonderful experience. Thanks again Mohamed!

Inesquecível a visita a igreja que Jesus viveu por 3 meses, momento sublime. As mesquitas e Sinagoga muito bonitas e com história. Vendedores ficam irritados quando não compramos nada. Um passeio interessante. Guia foi atencioso e nos deu assistência explicando a história.

El guía estuvo bien el conductor bien fueron puntuales pero El tour dice que dura aproximadamente 7 horas y no fue así a la 1 de la tarde ya habíamos terminado nos tuvieron una hora en el coche esperando el almuerzo y nos tocó comer en el coche no entiendo por qué, también nos tocó pagar por aparte las entradas a los lugares lo cual no especificaron alrededor de 40 dolares

El conductor fue magnífico, pero el guía fue horrible, todo el tiempo al teléfono, tuvimos que esperarle en más de una ocasión, perdimos de ver cosas por falta de organización, nos trataba con autosuficiencia como si fuésemos retrasadas mentales, y a media visita desapareció durante tres cuartos de hora. Di que casi fue mejor porque lo que nos explicó en el museo no tenía nada que ver con lo que ponía el cartel. El orden fue el que le dio la gana y no el establecido en el tour, comimos casi al final porque tenía prisa por irse de nuevo. El touroperador nos quiso cobrar un plus de 10€ por persona por contratarlo en español (si no puedes ofrecerlo en español, no lo pongas). Y luego ocultan que hay que pagar varias entradas a coste del cliente, para lo que el guía no nos ayudó siquiera. Ah! Lo olvidaba: el shawarma que te dan de comida nos lo quería hacer comer en coche para poder irse cuanto antes.
