It is a good choice to arrange pick up from your hotel to transfer to the airport as the uber drivers will take much negotiating to confirm the price. This transfer is a comfortable car. Agent will contact you by whatsapp at least 24 hours before your pick up time.

The gentleman was very nice. He worked with us cuz we were a little confused with trying to get the veto and everything but he was right in place where he was supposed to be very kind and showed us a lot of landmarks as we traveled to our accommodations. The driving was a bit aggressive to feel completely safe and the air conditioning in the vehicle wasn't great, but the service was provided as described and the driver was kind.

There were no seat belts available in the back of the car for us, so we felt incredibly unsafe given the aggressive driving in Cairo. This is completely unacceptable for a company claiming to provide safe airport transfers to tourists.

If your hotel is near new Giza, 6th October like Hyatt then they will try to charge you $5 extra even though not listed on site. Drivers were very good, timely. Would have given 5 stars if not for trying to upcharge after I already paid, booked and they knew months in advance where and which hotel

Make sure you confirm with them. They forgot about us. At 4 am at the airport with no cell connection , with my 83 year old mom, in the cold, we were looking all over for them. Once we were able to call, they kept saying we will be there in 5 minutes. Half an hour later, they said that we should get another taxi and they will refund the money we paid. It was a terrible experience in a foreign country where you don’t know the language, don’t have cell service and assume that everything is set to go and want to trust the company.

You better book your transfers ahead of time because Egyptian transport hustle is unbearable!
Our airport pickup by this provider at 2:00 AM was such a relief.

Although our flight was delayed by around 40 minutes, the driver was still waiting for us at the airport, which we appreciated. The driver also did not ask for tips, which was a positive. However, no bottled water was provided despite it being stated in the booking. The car was average, and the driver did not turn on the air conditioning (which seems to be quite common in Egypt).

The operator will contact you via WhatsApp at least 1 day before your arrival. Provide your details accurately and the driver will be there. Pretty much seamless and safe to engage. Definitely less stress than to book an Uber that the drivers will keep negotiating the price.

Even though the picture shows a good car, and you expect good service, in reality, you will get a local crazy cab driver with crazy driving habits and an old junk minivan It was a scary 50-minute drive Ussually I use other upscale car service but they do not operate in such an impoverished country as Egypt be very careful with local car services, choose wisely

If you have never visited Cairo, the arrival can feel overwhelming. But it is comforting knowing someone is waiting. We initially were unable to locate the driver, and Yara was there responding the entire time to ensure we were safely found. Highly recommend for a peace of mind!
