The tour guide was professional and knowledgeable but very pushy trying to get us to buy gold and other excessories that were not part of the tour. He also charged us for the camel ride which was included in my ticket. Strsnge

- The guide (Ayoub) was great: very friendly, very open to chatting about current events, local life etc 5/5 - One thing that wasn't great was that the tour operator claimed that pick up and drop off wasn't included even though we booked the VIP option that lists transportation as included. They claimed it was outside of the eligible pick up zone even though it was listed in the drop down on Viator as one of the included pick up spots. They charges $25 extra which we ended up paying because we were informed a day before the tour. 3/5

Car could have been better.

The guide was very knowledgeable and kept a perfect pace. The driver was nice and managed to traffic without issue. The only negative was the car was stuffy and hot, limited AC.

This was the most incredible day of our holiday hands down. I have been to Egypt before and so knowing how stressful it can be sometimes for tourists we decided to book a private tour to see the pyramids & sphinx and I’m so happy we did. We were picked up at 8am by our tour guide Amir & driver, and then we headed to see the pyramids, went inside the great pyramid, before moving on to the camel ride at a plateau viewpoint where you could see all of the pyramids, after this we went to see the sphinx, then went to lunch before heading to Saqqara. At every site we went to Amir would take the time to explain all of the history, he was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. If you’re really interested in the history like we were, then I would really suggest considering a one on one private tour as it allows you to ask everything and get a really good grasp of what you’re looking at. Going inside the great pyramid was absolutely amazing, it felt like I was inside the Mummy movie. The only thing I would say about this is you definitely need to have water with you as the pyramid is very hot on the inside (we were there in December too when Cairo is quite cool) and you probably need some level of athletic ability as you have to climb at about a 45 degree angle bent over to about just over one metre. One of the best things about this tour is that we didn’t get bothered by anyone at all whilst we were with Amir, and as Amir was able to take photos of us as a couple (they’re incredible photos) we didn’t need to worry about asking anyone else that we didn’t know to take photos. Knowing we didn’t need to constantly avoid people trying to scam us meant that we were able to just enjoy ourselves and where we were. We really couldn’t fault the day we had, it was really incredible and by far the highlight of our trip, thank you Amir!

Actual vs advertised not the same. I would tell my friends to try another tour/company.

Look, the drive and the guide were super personable. They were always kind and picked you on time. My issue was with what was supposed to be provided in the tour vs what actually was included. I didn't have my original paperwork to verify so when I was told I had to pay extra for parts of the trip, I didn't want to cause a problem and argue over what was and wasn't. When I got back, I contacted Viator and verified. For example, the trip was supposed to include a camel ride by the pyramids. I was told I had to pay an extra $25 USD to do so. Also, after you got on the camel, they handed me off to be led by a 9 year old boy. Who was also super mean to the camel. He hit it several times. Honestly, it kinda ruined this part of the experience. I would not recommend doing a camel ride because they were arguably abusive to the animal. I saw other groups on a horse and they were all kind to their animals. Lunch was also supposed to be included but they said it was not and dropped me off at the hotel after 5.5 hours from the start. The tour was listed to be 8-9 hours in total. Other tours I saw over time appeared to be better. So I would not recommend this specific tour because the actual itinerary was not as was paid for and listed as. I requested a 50% refund via Viator because I feel kinda duped by this experience. The people were kind but I'd still suggest you try another company.

日本語のガイドをリクエストしましたが、前日に日本語ガイドは来られないので英語ガイドになると連絡がありました。英語では説明が理解できないと思ったので日本語を選択しており少し残念でした。ただ英語ガイドの人はかなりゆっくり根気強く喋ってくれました(60%くらいしかわかりませんでしたが、、笑)。ただ快適に観光スポットを回ることができましたし、やりたかったことは全部できたのでとても良かったです！ピラミッドは距離も離れているし、ビューポイントも連れて行ってくれるのでツアーお勧めします！

ガイドは　丁寧な説明　写真もたくさん撮ってくださり　内容的には満足でしたしかし　私達は日本語ガイドで予約したのにもかかわらず　キャンセル不可の前日にメールで　日本語ガイドが体調不良のため行けないので　優れた英語ガイドを派遣しますと。主人は英語がわかりますが私は英語がわからないので　日本語ガイド付きを探して　このツアーを申し込んだのに　日本語ガイドが行けないから英語ガイドで対応なんて　ありえない話しです。ピラミッドの説明はきちんと聞いた方が良いと思って　こちらのツアーにしたのに対応も悪く残念です。ガイドさんには　不満はありませんが催行会社に不満がありますだから　日本人の他の方にはおすすめしません
