Trip got canceled last minute. The markets were closed for a holiday - but this should have/could have been known in advance. They DID connect me with another tour for another day of my trip. And if I Could - I Would still do this tour

My 4 star rating is an average of poor booking experience with an exceptional custom tour that we didn't actual book. This was our second excursion booked on Viator, once again we had some trouble with this booking. There was never any indication to choose one of the two tour times. The local office was not open and the meeting place was a random courtyard that was a little tucked away. So, we arrived for the afternoon tour. No one was there. We called and they had us booked in the morning. They agreed that the paperwork was incorrect and let us go back the next day fortunately, we were still in town. We ended up being the only ones scheduled for this afternoon trip. We had a WONDERFUL experience with Marc, our guide. It was not the Sky Walk Tour we booked, but instead he catered a tour just for us and spent twice showing us around Barcelona. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to spend time. It was like having an old friend give a personal tour. He spoke great english. We did get private access to the Santa Maria tower, which is worth it. And he took us to the market for samples that were included in the tour. He gave us recommendations for other locations to check out, which we did. As with everything else he showed us on our tour, he was spot on. Loved it all! So, while I would have to give the booking and lack of communication with the company on scheduling a 3, and I'm not entirely sure about the full Sky Walk Tour, I do have to give Marc a full 5. So, I averaged the overall rating for a 4.

Visite exceptionnellement en VIP car seul du groupe!! Agence un peu difficile à trouver dans le dédale des rues du Barri Gothic. Ascension du campanile exigue mais qui vaut l'effort fourni avec un 360 exceptionnel sur Barcelone.
