We had an amazing time. Our tour guide came on time. He was informative and helpful. He engaged with everyone in the trip.

It is a long day (about 12 hrs) , you get to see a lot. Good way to see a bit of Greece outside of the city. Beautiful countryside and very well maintained highway system. Delphi is an amazing location. It does require a bit of effort to get up the hillside up to the stadium. The cave is interesting to see just be prepared to have a bumpy ride. The cave is not a commercial made up location for large
bus tours. I am glad to have seen it. Overall enjoyed the day!

Definitely worth the price! Awesome, knowledgeable tour guide. Beautiful sites and plenty of time to see everything. Drive up to cave is a dirt/rocky road at an incline, but he took it slow and safe. Lunch place they chose was delicious (cost of lunch is extra). You eat the a meal with the group, and for us that was nice to learn about people from around the world. You will spend a lot of time in a small van with strangers, but everyone was great!!

He confirmed the time and then shouted at me over the phone before driving 9ff and leaving me on the street. Even though I had text confirmation that he confirmed the time, no positive response from Viator - who refused a refund. Despicable customer service

Our driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. We very much enjoyed our tour. Well worth the price. We also enjoyed meeting the others on our tour.
Ana_L, Feb 2026
Our trip was smooth and we were very well taken care of by our driver/guide. He did a great job explaining everything along the way. The cave was super interesting and a great adventure since it was raining. It is a great way to see other parts of Greece. I highly recommend it.

tour guide was great. Plenty of time to explore ruins of delphi and good knowledge of all sites we visited

Overall, it was a great experience with amazing views and wonderful history to take in. Anastasios, our driver/guide, was knowledgeable and friendly about everything on the trip.
The reasons I couldn't give it five stars are 1) the corycian cave requires a VERY steep and rocky drive up a mountain side. I was shocked that they were driving the van up the road with large rocks on steep terrain. It is not for the faint of heart, and should probably warn people of that in the description. Similarly, the cave itself is quite muddy and slippery, and folks on the trip ruined some nice clothes as they were unaware of what we'd be walking/climbing through in the cave. This should also be explained in the description before booking. 2) the length of the excursion is too long, especially the drive back to Athens. This is not entirely the company's fault, you get what you pay for. But, after an exhausting day to sit in a cramped van for 2.5 hours sitting in traffic and no breaks to stretch or use the bathroom kind of put a damper on the trip. They should either plan a different route for the day that avoids stand still traffic for an hour, or build in a stop to stretch and use the bathroom.
Overall, it was a great trip, Delphi is incredible and the views from the cave were breathtaking, but would probably book a shorter trip without Thermopylae, or avoid the cave if you have a fear of heights or driving up steep, rocky terrain.

Took the tour with thanas. He picked us up at our hotel in a van, drove us to the theee destinations, and they guided us at these locations, single handedly! It was a long day of driving and touring, but it was so worth it.
We toured Delphi on our own, but Thanas took us to the Corycian cave, and Thermopylae. The drive and touring of the Corycian cave was probably only this particular tour company's vans can do, since the road to the cave was extremely narrow and steep.
Highly recommend.

Due to farmers strike we didn’t have time to do the Corycian caves, not much to see at the Thermopylae but cool to be there overall worth going Personally I think it’s a lot overpriced for what it is! You buy tickets to Delphi and pay for lunch !

Good learning information. Very small group of total 7. Our guide Anastacios did great driving and guiding
Mansi_S, Dec 2025
While the sites were all what they were supposed to be the tour experience wasn’t good. The van was a little old and cramped- the same company had better vans with more space and bigger windows that we saw at the stops. The seats didn’t recline and it gave me a really bad backache and headache. The accent of the driver was also hard to understand. Also our guide did not go into the museum or the site with us to give us information. There were a lot of tour with guides giving amazing info. Also, not mentioned anywhere is that there is a 45 minute unpaved road ride which is bumpy and on a very narrow path. I’m glad I didn’t have to hike up but it was really scary!

The Van is model 2020 peugeot traveller best seller of tourists vans and last model of peugeot and i am not resposible how the car companies desing their models. The guest was sitting alone in front in a place that was for 2 people. Also if the guest din't feel comfortable infornt it was 3 more seats back and he can change with his family members.
From the other guets i dint have any coplains about accent even they was sitting back and listen me from microphone.
At archaeological site of Delphi the guests get the book guide as describe in the tour description of the tour " At Delphi is not allowed to be your guide but i will give a book guide and as we drive for 2 hours i will explain the myths and historical events in ancient Greece" . But in corycian cave and 300 battlefield i followed the guests and gave them full description as exactly describe in their reservation.
As for the " a narrow, unpaved road" it is an unpaved road in the mountain !!
Is good before a reservation the guests read the description of the tour or the 500 reviews and dont had his own thoughts about how the tour must be.
The tour is shared not private and it also was good that the others guets they had the patience and kindness to wait for them in car 15 minutes and finally join the tour because that was late at pick up time from their hotel even i texted them a day before and also before the pick up time.
Thanks

Our day-long tour of Delphi, Thermopylae and the Corycian Cave with Pan was an absolutely incredible cultural, historical and beautiful experience.
We started early, being picked up from our hotel and heading to the picturesque countryside of Greece. Driving through the countryside, we were treated to authentic views of olive groves, fields and snow-capped mountain Parnassus.
Delphi itself was a highlight for me . The views, the Temple of Apollo, the amphitheatre and the Olympic stadium were simply breathtaking.
Pan had carefully chosen a delicious lunch at a local tavern. After lunch, we drove along a narrow path to the Corycian Cave. We learned about its traditional and pilgrimage significance over centuries. Finally, we visited the site of the Battle of Thermopylae, where King Leonidas and his 300 Spartans warriors lost their lives.

Really great tour! Definitely worth taking a trip to see the beautiful temple, cave, and battlefield! The guide was very informative and friendly and was very accommodating and made sure we weren’t rushed and able to enjoy the whole experience.

Great full-day tour and the easiest way to see Delphi, Thermopylae, and the Corycian Cave without renting a car. Our guide was very knowledgeable and used a Bluetooth microphone so everyone could hear clear explanations during the drive. Pickup was basically on time, and the van was comfortable for a solo traveler. Delphi was the highlight - touring independently with the pamphlets he provided made it easy, though time flew by and I wish I had spent more time on the site than in the museum. Tickets are not included (20€). Lunch restaurant was good but pricey. The Corycian Cave was easy to access and surprisingly interesting - we even saw a wild fox. Thermopylae was a quick stop but well explained. Overall, a smooth, informative, and worthwhile tour. I’d recommend it.

An excellent way to see Delphi and a few other sites when you don’t have a lot of time. Delphi was much more interesting than expected and if you want to see the stadium, be ready to go up a few steps!
Emi_G, Nov 2025
The tour was fantastic! There were only 5 of us on this small size excursion and it was perfect that way. Pan was a great guide with lots of knowledge about the sights and the history and myths. We wouldn’t have been able to enjoy either Delphi or the Corycian Cave on one of those big tours with dozens of participants. Lunch was perfect - both the food and the view from the restaurant of the Kolpos Iteas (Gulf of Amphissa). Would 100 percent recommend!

Originally I'd been looking into getting to Delphi and Thermopylae myself - tend to do a lot of travelling in Scotland and enjoy finding my own way. But upon seeing the travel options to get there and how relatively little there is to do around Thermopylae apart from the battlefield I started to consider other options. So many of the tours were just to Delphi. But for this one to cover the exact places I want to go, plus the cave and flying visit through Arachova... It was perfect. I maintain that I COULD have found my way to the battlefield or the other sites by myself, sure. But. Without the incredible guide I would have had no idea about where anything is, what happened to the hot gates or anything else in between.
This day trip taught me all of that and so much more so I could truly appreciate and understand the places I'd been studying from back home.
Thank you, and if you're at all in doubt, don't be. You're in very good hands on this trip!
Kimberly_C, Nov 2025
Pan was an incredible guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, kind and patient. I would give him 10 stars if I could! He spent the entire day with our small group and never wavered in demonstrating deep intellect on Greek and historical topics. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it. This trip is excellent for people interested in Ancient Greece and history. If Pan is your guide, it’s a huge bonus!
Vicente_R, Nov 2025
We enjoyed the Delphi tour very much. Our guide was knowledgeable and courteous. We had lunch at a restaurant with great view and excellent food
Gary_E, Nov 2025
This was an excellent excursion. Our guide Kostas was friendly and knowledgeable. Delphi and the cave were amazing stops. Arachova is beautiful. The battlefield at Thermopylae was a little underwhelming but we found out some great history about the site from our guide. The lunch stop was pretty good too. All in all a good trip and I would recommend it especially if you love history and Greek mythology.
Nicholas_T, Nov 2025
The trip was an absolute must for anyone coming to this area that loves history and beautiful views. I only thought of "breathtaking" as a saying until I saw the Parnassos mountains and Delphi. The trip was capped off at Thermopylae which was a dream come true for me for many years. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he made the trip as informative as it was fun. The van is rather comfortable and even with a full 8 people it was still a good time.
Caitlyn_D, Nov 2025
To begin, company communicated very well about pick up and touched base with us the morning before with an expected pick up time. Kostas arrived on time and was a phenomenal guide throughout the day. He spoke through a bluetooth mic for the first part of the drive giving us a good amount of history on the way to Arachova and Delphi. We had plenty of time at the Delphi museum and ruins. He picked a great lunch spot after that as well! The cave was incredible to experience, and Kostas really painted a full picture for the simple field and hill we saw for Thermopylae. We would not have enjoyed the last stop as much as we did with his knowledge and story telling. Would absolutely use this company and this guide again!
Only complaint was an uncomfortable van that got pretty toasty in the very back row where we sat since the fans on the back of the seat stopped working. Luckily, we were with some great people who enjoyed the history and the experience too.
Rob_M, Nov 2025
This was an all day experience with many different surprises. The cave we visited was outstanding…..
Alex_O, Oct 2025
We loved this whole day trip. We almost only spent the week in Athens, this trip got us out and saw the countryside. Highly recommend for history fans, old world religion fans, and fans of Greek mythology.
Stephen_L, Oct 2025
I had a great time seeing all of these amazing places. Our tour guide Pan was also great. The highlight for me was Corycian Cave and of course Thermopylae.
Edward_B, Oct 2025
It was amazing to walk in the footsteps of history. Our guide did an amazing job and was well versed in the places we visited.
Sofia_R, Oct 2025
It was a very good, but long day. Pan was an excellent driver and guide. I thought the Thermopylae/ Spartan tour was not worth the extra travel time. If it had finished at the cave, it would have been better.
Scott_T, Oct 2025
It's a 12 hour excursion that should be 10 max. Very good guide. The van was uncomfortable, there are only 6 seats so my wife and I had to ride in separate rows. They stop for a 90 minute lunch at the restaurant of their choice.
Again the guide was great. He spoke into a Bluetooth so the back row could hear but it echoed so no one could understand anything.
Kerry_M, Oct 2025
We loved this tour to Delphi, the Corycian Cave, and Thermopolae. It's a full on day as there is a distance to travel to get there, but it is so worth it. This is one of the very few that go to the Cave which makes it unique. The driver/guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable. The lunch stop was really nice too.
