The excursion was amazing. Our tour guide Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and just outstanding. Our driver Yiannis was also wonderful, personable, and a very safe driver negotiating some tight spots. Best excursion I ever had. The people of Kalambaka were so nice. Our hotel staff was welcoming, kind, and patient. They put out a delicious breakfast for us.

It is better to take the one day tour or go by yourself

ENoemi_P, Apr 2026
I read on the suggestions that a two day tour was the best, but it is not! The visit to the monasteries is scheduled for the second day BUT only in the morning. So you finish at 13 hrs and the rest of the day, the agency “Visit Meteora” tell us that was “free time” in a small town just wasting your time. This is to wait for the One day tour until they finish at 17:15…. So you arrive very late in Athens around 22:30……. Some of our group, ask the manager of Visit Meteora for the chance to come back to Athens earlier but he absolutely said it was not “profitable” for the company…..

Response from Host, Apr 2026

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with the view that a one-day tour is a better option. In fact, day trips from Athens involve many hours on the coach, limiting the time you can truly enjoy Meteora. The morning tour on the second day finishes after 13:00, and the free time that follows is intentional—not wasted. Between 13:30 and 17:00, there are many things you can do: enjoy a relaxed lunch, walk through the local market streets for souvenirs, visit nearby museums, or even explore an additional monastery on your own. This experience is not designed or operated as a fully escorted group tour from start to finish. Instead, it is a combination of small-group local tours with free time, allowing guests to explore Meteora at their own pace while staying in different local hotels. In addition, we carefully design and coordinate the overall logistics, including the transfers with coastal stops. As explained, operating multiple daily departures back to Athens would not be sustainable—this is different from saying it is not “profitable.” We are also actively looking into ways to better utilize this time by including optional afternoon visits, such as local museums, to further enhance the experience. At the same time, we would like to note that the weather conditions during your visit—especially the storms—may have also played a role, as they can limit the available options and overall experience during free time. This flexibility is exactly what many travelers appreciate about the 2-day experience, as it offers a more relaxed and immersive visit compared to the long and demanding one-day trip. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to better communicate the nature of this experience to future travelers.

Bad transport and no real tour

Jacob_C, Mar 2026
If you are someone looking for a spiritual experience and history of Christianity in Greece, Meteora is incredible, but this tour is terrible. This is primarily a bus ticket with extremely thin/little tour content. On a two day tour, the guide almost never entered the monasteries and the real content of the Orthodox faith was not presented. Orthodoxy was treated like a caricature. The guide did not seem to understand the Orthodox Christian faith and said many things which are theologically wrong. The first of our tour guides also stuck his hand behind the curtain into the sanctuary of an Orthodox monastery, which is an extremely serious matter in our faith. The bus ride itself was over packed, with very little leg room on a very long bus ride. The bus stops in the morning at 10am at cafe that doesn't serve real Greek food (the food was also basically inedible), and then we finally were dropped off at our hotel at 1:20pm. The rooms were not ready, and the hotel had no food. We had to race into town to try to find food, and then were reprimanded for trying to get food. As we explored the monasteries, we saw many other groups with guides who entered the monasteries and who were explaining the faith. For our group, nothing was really explained. We specifically also selected the two day tour because we wanted additional information. However, instead we found the many of the sites from the first day were repeated and we were stuck with a different group that hadn't already been to these same places. Meteora is an incredibly important place in the Orthodox Christian faith and the history of Greece. Please do yourself a favor and find a tour that respects the Orthodox Christian faith. This is not it.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the depth of information about the Orthodox faith. We take your comments seriously and will discuss them with our guides to ensure accuracy and respect when presenting such an important subject. We would also like to clarify that we do not advertise guided tours inside the monasteries, as this requires state-licensed guides, which are limited in our area. For this reason, all local operators follow the same approach, with explanations provided outside. Regarding the transport and stops, we regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your remarks, as they help us improve. Meteora is indeed a deeply significant place, and we always aim to present it with the respect it deserves.

Excellent trip

Benjamin_N, Mar 2026
Excellent trip. Well worth the money. The sunset tour on the first day was very good. Friendly guide. Went to all the monasteries as described with the explanations. The hotel is a true 4 star hotel. The only problem is a bit isolated. You will need to take a taxi to the town center for everything. We pick the hiking tour as the 2nd day itinerary. Again it’s very good. Physical demanding but good exercise. Love it!

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Dear Benjamin, Thank you very much for your great review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the 2-Day Meteora experience and found it worth the trip. It’s wonderful to know that the sunset tour, the monastery visits, and the hiking tour on the second day were highlights of your stay. Meteora is truly special both from the viewpoints at sunset and while exploring the trails on foot, so we’re glad you had the chance to experience both. We’re also happy that you enjoyed the hotel and the overall organization of the trip. Thank you for sharing helpful information about transportation to the town center as well. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back to Meteora again in the future! Warm regards, George

Amazing Meteora tour

Becky_C, Jan 2026
I did the 2 day Meteora tour from Athens at the end of December. I had an amazing time. Meteora is a very special place, the tour was very well organised. Both guides and all drivers were excellent. Thank you to Vasilis the tour leader and Nikos the driver day 1. On Day 2 , the hiking led by Dimitris the mountain guide and Thodoris the driver. Both guides had great knowledge and love for their local area. Dimitris was very funny and really added to my experience. Thank you!!

Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you so much, Becky, for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you had an amazing 2-day experience in Meteora and that everything was well organized. It’s great to know that Vasilis, Nikos, Dimitris, and Thodoris all contributed to making your trip special with their knowledge, professionalism, and passion for the area. Thank you for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the beautiful setting, smooth scheduling, great guides, and the hotel stay. It’s wonderful to know the experience was so pleasant overall. We hope to welcome you back to Meteora again in the future!

Great trip!! Book it now.

James_P, Nov 2025
The 2 day trip to Meteora was a wonderful tour. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and helpful. Visiting the monestaries was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend. We upgraded to the higher level hotel and it was well worth the money. If you are interested in visiting Meteora, this is the way to do it..

Wait for transfer back is too long

Silvia_M, Oct 2025
The guides and bus drivers were really good but the wait from 1pm to 5:30 pm to get transfered back to Athens is just annoying especially because most hotels dont allow a late check out. One has to hang out in the village although there is nothing to do. That made the experience - unfortunately- less good. I dont know why they do not find a different solution even though all customers dont seem to like it.

Response from Host, Jan 2026

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the guides and drivers. The transfer timing is coordinated with shared return schedules and operational logistics to keep the tour affordable and reliable for all guests. We understand the waiting time can feel inconvenient, and we appreciate your comments as we continuously review possible improvements and alternative solutions.

Hermits, monks and monasteries

Mary_M, Sep 2025
Meteora is fantastic! An unreal landscape and a real lesson in Greek history. The monasteries were amazing.

Response from Host, Oct 2025

Dear Mary, Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the breathtaking Meteora landscape and the rich history of the monasteries. It’s truly a unique place, and we’re delighted you had such a memorable experience with us. We hope to welcome you back again soon! Warm regards, The Visit Meteora Team

Interesting, beautiful place

Eugenia_S, Sep 2025
Our both guides were great. Be ready to walk over 15K steps on first day and climb 28 floors on second day tour. Give yourself extra time In beginning of the trip, there was a confusing situation to find a right bus from the many parked buses, you have to check with each driver if you’re on their list. Also after being dropped off at the end of second day tour you have over 4 hours to kill until being picked up by the bus to return to Athens. I wish there was an option for early afternoon return.

Response from Host, Sep 2025

Dear Eugenia, Thank you for sharing your experience and for your kind words about our guides. We’re glad you enjoyed the tours and the incredible views of Meteora! We understand that the full two-day itinerary involves a lot of walking and climbing, which is why we always recommend good footwear and planning some extra time at the start. Regarding the bus pick-up and return timing, we appreciate your feedback. While the schedule is designed to maximize the sightseeing and hiking experience, we will consider ways to make the waiting times more comfortable for future travelers. We hope the memories and insights from your visit will stay with you for a long time! Warm regards, The Visit Meteora Team

improvements

Magda_l, Sep 2025
beautiful location, definitely worth a visit. the only experience improvement I would make is : 1. to have a sign" viator bookings" by the bus in Larissis station - as there where a few busses to Meteora and people were confused which to take 2. adding timetable to itineraries - exact pick up times from hotels, drop off ,as people didn't know and were stressing out 3. wait for the bus to Athens on day 2 was way to long...from 1-6 pm in the afternoon heat ....hmmm

Response from Host, Sep 2025

Dear Magda, Thank you for your review and suggestions. To clarify, our buses are clearly marked with our Visit Meteora logo and stickers. Viator is one of the online platforms we work with, so using their name on the buses would not be possible as many operators also sell via Viator. Regarding hotel pick-ups, the order varies daily depending on the number and location of hotels and Airbnbs, but since our town is quite small, this process only takes a few minutes. As for the return on Day 2, the guided part of the tour ends around 13:00–13:30, leaving free time for lunch, shopping, or even visiting the Natural History Museum until departure. For those who prefer to leave earlier, there is always the option of taking a public bus to Athens. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed discovering Meteora with us! Warm regards, The Visit Meteora Team

Meteora itself is...

Jenifer_J, Sep 2025
Meteora itself is absolutely stunning and 100% worth visiting — the scenery and monasteries are unforgettable. That said, the logistics of this particular tour were awkward and left a lot to be desired. The bus ride from Athens was advertised as 3.5 hours but ended up closer to 4.5 due to traffic (not their fault but if you're doing a day trip, this really cuts into your tour time). There was one 30-minute stop halfway, but it wasn’t really enough time to get food/do anything (most people just stood outside the bus). We later learned you could pre-order meals, but no one explained how or when to do that. Once in Meteora, those of us staying overnight had to transfer to a different bus to check into our hotels, then had a couple of hours of free time before the 3:30 p.m. sunset tour. The sunset tour was lovely — great guide, well-paced, and lots of photo opportunities. The next morning, the day tour took us into three monasteries. The experience was beautiful and the guide was wonderful, though I was disappointed that the Grand Monastery was closed on Tuesdays — knowing it's the most visited, it would have been nice if that was the monastery we visited during the sunset tour the night before. The day tour itself felt short (about 4 hours), with many of the same photo stops as the night before. To make things more confusing, guides sometimes gave conflicting information. It quickly became clear that this trip is essentially multiple separate tours cobbled together. Communication about timing was poor — we often didn’t know when or where we were being picked up, and at one point I was even told a part of my itinerary was sold out, despite booking months in advance. Between transfers, gaps, and waiting around, a lot of time felt wasted. For example, after the morning tour we were dropped back in town with over four hours of downtime while waiting for the one-day tour people to finish so we could all ride the same bus back to Athens. Unfortunately, there isn’t much to do in town (and many places close mid-day). A longer tour of the monasteries (or visiting more monasteries) would have made much better use of the time. On the return journey, we stopped in the same halfway town with 45 minutes for dinner. Overall thoughts: Meteora itself is breathtaking and should not be missed, but this tour’s structure felt inefficient and disorganized. If I could do it again, I would probably rent a car — the monasteries all have parking and are easy to reach, giving you more freedom to explore (though you’d miss out on the guide’s commentary). Also worth noting: The 3-star hotel option is in town, which is convenient. The 4-star hotels are outside of town, making it harder to get around. Bottom line: Meteora is incredible, but this tour felt like a patchwork of separate trips with too much waiting and too little communication. I’d recommend considering alternative ways to visit unless you strongly prefer the convenience of an organized tour.

Response from Host, Sep 2025

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience. We’re glad you enjoyed Meteora and the sunset and day tours, as well as our guides’ knowledge and enthusiasm. For clarification, we sent emails with the full itinerary prior to the tour, and the tour description is always available online. Our drivers also provide reminders about pick-up times. On the second day, the schedule included 4 hours of guided visits plus 4 hours of free time, allowing guests to explore parts of the monasteries on their own, stroll the town, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy a meal. We appreciate your feedback regarding transfers, communication, and downtime, and we continue to improve logistics so guests can maximize their time. Despite the organizational challenges, we hope the beauty of Meteora left a lasting impression and we would be happy to welcome you again for an even smoother experience.

Very informative guides....

Meteora - 2-day Tour with an overnight

James_R, Aug 2025
We had booked the two day tour with an overnight at the Grand Meteora. The hotel view was gorgeous with a balcony overlooking the rocks of Meteora. There was a pool and sauna; however, we didn’t use them due to limited hours and additional costs. The tours themself were great, including the sunset viewing. Seeing the largest Monastery was the highlight. Only problem was after spending half-day of second day on a four we were dropped off mid-day at the office. Explored the town for several hours, but 3/4 were closed due to custom of an afternoon rest which you can appreciate given the heat. If I were to do it again, recommend going back to the hotel to spend the afternoon at the pool with a 5pm pick-up before heading back to Athens.

Response from Host, Aug 2025

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear that you found the trip worthwhile and that the monasteries and Meteora’s scenery left such a strong impression. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to your guide, who will be happy to know you appreciated his knowledge and stories. We hope to welcome you back again for more discoveries in Meteora!

This is a wonderful tour...

Rachael_R, Jul 2025
This is a wonderful tour of Meteora. The transport up was smooth and easy with a stop in a beautiful seaside town. The two local tours were perfect. The guides and drivers were so informative, friendly and made for a great experience. The only downfall is that you checking out on Day 2 at 8.30am and are dropped back in town at 1.30pm with 4 hours with nothing to do. We ended up renting a hotel room to get out of the heat. The transfer back should leave at 3.30pm after a break for lunch. Other than this is was a great tour.

Response from Host, Aug 2025

Dear Rachhael, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your kind words about our tour, guides, and overall experience in Meteora! We're very happy to hear you enjoyed the journey, the scenic seaside stop, and the friendliness and knowledge of our local team. We also appreciate your comments regarding the time between check-out and the return transfer to Athens. This break is intentionally scheduled to provide guests with free time to explore the charming town of Kalambaka or Kastraki, enjoy lunch at a local taverna, or even make a self-guided visit to an additional monastery at their own pace. That said, we completely understand that during hot summer days this time can feel a bit long, and your suggestion is well taken. We’re always reviewing our itineraries to find the right balance, and feedback like yours is incredibly helpful. Thank you once again for traveling with us—we hope to welcome you back someday! Warm regards, George & the Visit Meteora Team

Majestic memorable Meteora was amazing.

Claire_D, Jun 2025
Exceptional. We had amazing tour guides and bus drivers. They gave us interesting stories and information. Your pictures will never capture the beautiful area of history and massiveness, but you will take a zillion photos. Going inside the monestaries was so educational and enlightening. We had a mishap leaving a travel bag behind that we needed to get travel home. The bus driver connected us immediately to Visit Meteora travel and they will have it on a bus tonight. We are so thankful with their ease, confidence and caring nature. Our tour guides were so personable taking pictures of us. They even had water on board after the many stairs. Recommend with 20 stars. Our hotel they lined up had a beautiful authentic breakfast and was so clean. Their staff also helped with our dilemma. Great caring staff. The town was cute to walk during our time not on tour. I highly highly recommend going and doing the overnight tour including the sunset tour and then next day tours. Amazing. All our friends seeing our posts have put it on their bucket list!

Response from Host, Jun 2025

Dear Claire, Wow – thank you so much for this incredible review! We’re truly touched by your kind words and thrilled to hear that your Meteora experience was everything you hoped for and more. It means a lot to us that our team—guides, drivers, and hotel staff—made your journey not only informative and memorable, but also smooth and supportive, especially during your travel bag mishap. We're so glad we could help resolve it quickly. Meteora is a magical place that photos can hardly do justice, and we’re happy you got to experience its beauty both at sunset and the next morning. Thank you for the heartfelt recommendation—20 stars is truly an honor! We hope to welcome you and your friends to Meteora again someday. Warmest regards, George

Tour schedule not great; Guides and Meteora history and landscape terrific

Michelle_G, Jun 2025
Just finished up this 2 day tour to Meteora and wanted to share some insights. The tour guides Dimitrius (for the 1st 1/2 day sunset portion) and Chris (for the hike 2nd 1/2 day) were phenomenal!! So much knowledge they shared with us - more than we ever expected. The rock formations in Meteora are a spectacular view and the Monasteries were quite unique. The parts of the tour that we wish we had known ahead of time: the town of Kalabaka does not have much to do. We were there on Sunday for the 1st day and once you arrive at your hotel you have about 3+ hours before you get picked up for the sunset portion of the tour. Most businesses were closed in the afternoon so very little shopping and limited choices for lunch. More things were open once we returned after sunset. We did the hike the next morning rather than the bus tour. We hiked at a pretty good pace through some difficult terrain at times for a few hours until we arrived at a monastery for an hour break- only to continue hiking down to the road for our pickup point. I recommend that you are physically fit, wear good shoes with grip, and preferably long pants. The hike is about 7km long. Once the hike was over, we again arrived back in Kalabaka (where we had already had to check out of our hotel room) and had 3+ hours before being picked back up to head back to Athens on the bus. A lot of businesses and restaurants again closed on Monday afternoon so limited lunch choices again. Not sure if more things would be open during the busier times of tourist season or not?? Our tour was June 1-2. I would recommend the tour simply for the fact that you learn a lot and the views are spectacular!

Response from Host, Jun 2025

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for your kind words about our guides Dimitris and Chris — we’re thrilled to hear they made such a strong impression and that you enjoyed Meteora’s stunning landscapes and rich history! We appreciate your feedback regarding the downtime between activities. We'd like to clarify that even on Sundays and Mondays, there are over 20 restaurants and tavernas open in Kalabaka and Kastraki offering a wide range of options for lunch and coffee. While it’s true that some shops may close for a few hours in the afternoon, many souvenir shops remain open throughout the day, especially near the main square and the central road. That said, we understand how timing and expectations can affect the experience, and we’ll look into ways to better communicate this part of the schedule in advance. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and recommendation — we hope to welcome you back in the future! Warm regards, George & the Visit Meteora Team

Wonderful trip with stunning view n great people!

YuChunDuncan_P, Feb 2025
I had a wonderful time in Meteora! 1st day: We visited St. Stephan and Rousanou monasteries. It was a sunny day, and we caught an unforgettable sunset! 2nd day: The hiking tour was one of the highlights! Our guide, Chris, was amazing—he took me to hidden gem spots with fewer tourists, where I had chances to enjoy the breathtaking views. My hotel stay in Kalampaka was pleasant, and I had a great sleep. I would highly recommend this tour for first-time visitors who want to immerse themselves in Meteora’s history and natural landscape. As for me, I will definitely be back for rock climbing and more hiking tour in future!

Response from Host, Feb 2025

The view was spectacular. We love the history behind it. Our tour guides were great. Both names were Demetri. There were a lot of steps but it was of the great experience when reaching the monasteries.

Beautiful experience! The hike was the best with amazing views. Our train got cancelled but they arranged for a bus to take us instead. They made up for the lost time and handled it fine!

Bus without air conditioning

MARIAGABRIELA_S, Jun 2024
We starts the trip from Athens train station in a very clean bus , comfortable without music or movies ; appropriate for sleeping or each one enjoy whatever they want in the trip . They were always on time . Our guides in Meteora Katherina ( sunset tour) add Evan ( walking tour ) were more than wonderfull . Very well prepared , kind and fun . We learned a lot from them . Great experience in Mereora thanks to them . The hell was coming back from Meteora to Athens in a bus without air conditioning in one of the warmest days in Greece hearing Greek music for 5 hours . Totally disrespectful for all turists treated very poorly by the bus company which I am not sure are directly managed by Visit Meteora but made all the experience very poor at the end .

Response from Host, Jun 2024

Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We greatly appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continually improve our services. First, we are thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful time in Meteora and enjoyed the tours with Katherina and Evan. Our guides strive to provide informative and enjoyable experiences, and it’s fantastic to know that they met your expectations. However, we are deeply sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced during your return trip from Meteora to Athens. We understand that traveling without adequate air conditioning on a particularly warm day can be very uncomfortable, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Regarding your specific concerns: Air Conditioning Issue: While our records indicate that the air conditioning system was operational during the trip, maintaining a temperature of 24°C inside the bus while it was 37°C outside, we understand that it may not have been sufficient to ensure your comfort. We acknowledge that it is indeed challenging to endure a 4-hour drive under such heat conditions without a properly functioning air conditioning system, and we regret that it did not meet your expectations. Offer to Change Buses: We did offer the option to change buses at the rest stop to ensure your comfort, but we understand that you chose to continue with the current bus. We respect your decision and are sorry that this option did not seem viable at the time. Music: We regret that the choice of music was not to your liking. Our aim is to create a pleasant atmosphere for all passengers, and we will take your feedback into consideration for future trips. We would like to note that no other passengers contacted us to protest about the air conditioning on that day. However, this does not diminish your experience, and we take your feedback seriously. Please be assured that we will address these issues with our transport partners to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers and will work diligently to ensure all aspects of our service meet the highest standards. We hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future and make your next trip a more enjoyable one. Thank you once again for your feedback. Sincerely, George

Disappointing tour, require more organization and communication

Carolina_c, May 2024
We were disappointed with this tour. It lacked a lot of communication and information. We were not aware we would be left +4-5 hours on our own at the hotel, each day. The hotel was not close to the center and quite a walk. The itinerary was as such: Day 1 - we went to Larissa station for bus pickup. We were dropped at the hotel in Meteora around 12:00 and were told to be at the lobby at 4pm for the sunset tour. So we were basically left on our own for this duration. We were not aware of this prior to booking the tour. The sunset tour was okay, but I was slightly disappointed with the experience. The next day, we opted for the mini-tour bus. The pickup was at 8:30 and finished at 13:00. We were then left on our own until 17:30, for the bus pickup to go back to Athens. Having known all this and considering the tour cost, we would not have taken the 2 day tour. However, Meteora is beautiful and a must visit, but this tour was not worth the price paid.

Response from Host, May 2024

Dear Karen, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. This tour is designed for those who prefer a mix of guided experiences and free time to explore on their own. Not everyone likes to be escorted all day.The itinerary, which includes free periods at the hotel, is clearly detailed on our tour page, and we encourage all guests to review it before booking. Our four-star hotels, offering panoramic views, are indeed located slightly outside the town, while three-star options within the town are also available. We appreciate your input and hope you enjoyed the beauty of Meteora. George

Amazing view

Kelly_Y, May 2024
What an amazing place to visit. Dimitris gave us an amazing private sunset tour and Tolis and George did a wonderful job with the site seeing tour on the second day. Some of the monasteries have a lot of stairs to get to them so be prepared. Also make sure to have a plan during down time on the second day. We visited the natural history museum and had a lovely lunch in town.

Response from Host, May 2024

Dear Kelly, Thank you for your review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your Two Days Tour to Meteora with us. It's fantastic that Dimitris, Tolis, and George provided you with memorable experiences during your visit. Your advice about being prepared for stairs and having a plan for downtime is valuable for future travelers. We're glad you had a lovely lunch and enjoyed the visit to the natural history museum. We hope to see you again for more amazing adventures in the future! George

100% Must-see

Olha_D, May 2024
Meterora site is magnificent regardless of a tour agency you choose, BUT! This specific tour and the travel agency was worth every dollar it cost. Arrangement in terms of time scheduling was perfect, for example on the 2nd day we arrived at Grand Meteora Monastery right at the time it opened, thus we avoided a huge crowd of tourists arrived just in 15-20 mins past us. The same applies to other sights visited. Coordination between travel agency staff was perfect as well. Once you book a tour they send you a detail and very clear itinerary with timing and locations for each specific step. I didn't need to contact anyone not a single time, neither I had any question of where and when to be. 3* Hotel accommodation was great, even better then I expected. For the second day activity I chose mini-bus tour, it slightly coincide with previous day sunset tour, but still super interesting as gives you a chance to visit Monasteries.

Response from Host, May 2024

Hello Olha, Thank you for your detailed and glowing review! We’re delighted to hear that you found the Meteora site magnificent and that our tour exceeded your expectations. It’s fantastic that our timing allowed you to avoid the crowds and fully enjoy the Grand Meteora Monastery and other sights. We're also pleased that our detailed itinerary and seamless coordination made your experience stress-free. We're glad the 3-star hotel accommodation met and even exceeded your expectations, and that both the sunset and mini-bus tours provided unique and interesting perspectives. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again in the future! Safe travels! George
