Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

Bad post experience customer service

Dive was fine (expensive for a single dive), one of our group got injured right before the dive, slipping down the slope with the heavy gear. They told us to contact the office for partial refund...and that's when I got ghosted. Well, here you go.

We are really sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations on your request for a partial refund but we need to mention a couple important things so that inaccuracies are corrected. We never really mentioned anything to you about refund, partial or full, due to the fact that the activity was completed. Your friend had a minor injury in her leg since she slipped one minute before entering the sea but she decided not to dive though she was capable of. The price of the dive is not expensive in relation to the service and experience we provide. All of our repeated customers are proof of our words. However, there is a point in your complaint about not replying earlier to your request. We really apologize for this, it was our fault since we did not reply promptly as we usually do , due to the high volume of emails we were receiving during that period. We will definitely prevent this from happening again. We value your feedback as it helps us to better understand our guests' expectations and continually improve our services. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional experience that our team is known for and to show you our commitment to making your next dive with us truly memorable.

Fantastic dive crew and dive operation. Pickup was on time and Evan and Emma took care of everything. Will dive with them again they next time I’m in Athens. Would highly recommend anyone book with them.

Oh my gosh, what lovely experience! My husband and I are decently experienced divers but we haven't gone diving in a few years. Denae was so patient and personable,making sure we remembered everything and assisting with gear. George at the shop was so friendly, you can tell they both love what they do. We had an awesome dive...Denae pointed out all kinds of critters we never would have seen, and we saw an octopus! Afterwards they suggested an awesome restaurant with an incredible view of the city and even dropped us off. Can't say enough good things about this operation!

Blue Hole dive

Extreme divers was very good and safe. The dive site itself was a little rocky and it’s a good walk up and down uneven rocky terrain with all the dive gear as it’s a shore dive to the Blue Hole. Our guide was very attentive to make sure we were safe. If you have hypertension bring a Drs note to assure you are well to dive. We also stopped at Poseidons temple which was an added cost but a wild drive down the coast, BEAUTIFUL day all around! Nice hotel pickup and drop off as well. Thx!!
