Airport Pickup:Your driver will meet you upon your arrival at the Athens International Airport - “Eleftherios Venizelos”, at the customs exit, holding an H.P. Tours sign with your name on. Port pickup: Your driver will meet you at the Piraeus Port cruise ship terminal, holding an H.P. Tours sign with your name on. Notice that Piraeus port has three terminals, Terminal A, B and C. Depending on the terminal that your ship will dock at, your driver will be waiting for you at the corresponding exit. (e.g. If your ship docks at Terminal A, your driver will meet you at the Terminal A exit etc.) In case your ship docks at Terminal B or Terminal C and the corresponding exit gate is closed, you will need to take the shuttle bus to come to Terminal A (3 MIN RIDE), where your driver will be waiting for you.

The guide got us to all the locations, easing around the crowds and made adjustments to the timetable to accommodate our wishes. We loved our tour. We only had 1 day in Athens and my husband has a knee problem and can’t be walking a lot. There is no way we would be able to see that much in one day if we didn’t have a private car with a guide driving us around. We also had a licensed guide accompanying us in the historic sites like Acropolis. She was fantastic. Perfect English and she told us everything we needed to know about the sites and took lots to f pictures of us. Lifetime of memories. Best money spent on this trip.

We hired this company to take us all around Athens. The driver was good, showed us things, and had a dry sense of humor that was hard to get used to, but we liked him. We saw many things packed into a day and he waited patiently for us and was great with the mobility issues with my husband.

Wow! What a day we had in Athens on a full day private tour. Driver and guide met us at our hotel promptly at 8am as scheduled and we saw all the sites perfectly from start to finish. Highly recommend starting with Acropolis first thing to beat the heat and the crowd. Changing of the guard was more interesting than expected. Our guide Helen was super knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience for the whole family. Well paced, highly informative, and strategically scheduled to avoid the cruise ship crowds. Our guide, Angel, is a trained archaeologist - clearly evident in the depth of knowledge in his comments - and he was patient with our questions. Our superb driver, Christos, navigated the tight streets of Athens with ease and offered cold water and great advice throughout the day. We even had some time for shopping after a fantastic lunch before heading back to the hotel in the afternoon.

This experience is basically a driver for the day. While knowledgeable and extremely nice it was not what we expected. You have to add the costs of all entrance fees and will not be escorted into the various sites. It is basically a nice car for the day. The Athens sites are fairly concentrated and you can just as easily get from place to place with Uber.

Panos and Alex were our guides for the day. And not only did they keep us entertained the whole time, but they also gave us a lot of information about the different monuments and ruins that were a part of the tour. Even though they could not accompany inside these spots, they made it a point to let us know everything there was to know about them including the rich history of these places. They were extremely patient (especially with me as I attended a work call in the middle of the tour!) and even helped us find a halal Indian restaurant in Athens. Tour was an excellent introduction to the major historical and current day sites in Athens. Sufficient time was given to explore the Acropolis, the Agora and the Acropolis Museum. Although not able to accompany guests to historical sites, Jimmy our tour guide was terrific in giving context to each site visited. Great tour! We were able to hit all the highlights no problem. Guide was both flexible and helpful. Native English speaker as well. Suggested a stop we had not thought about and we were grateful for it. Nice to be able to move at our own pace.
