- This tour does not include entry to archaeological sites. The focus is on exploring the city’s layout, enjoying the ride, and capturing great photos and it does not include an in-depth historical commentary

Excellent way to get an overview of the city and key sights at the beginning of visiting Athens! Rena was knowledgeable, friendly and a absolute joy to be around! The E-Bikes are top notch, easy to use and make going up the few short inclines easy. The route was mostly on pedestrian walkways and gravel paths. We dismounted to walk across one busy street.

We loved the bike tour. Great way to get an overview of the city. We didn’t travel on busy roads, just crossed one big street twice. The e bikes made the few hills manageable. Great tour leader in Agglos (might be misspelled). We highly recommend it.

Fun and highly informative tour of central Athens. Easy biking on almost exclusively pedestrian roads in a manageable sized group, with great stops of interest in history and culture. Loved our guide Karolis, he was very engaging and energetic with fun facts and humor to share. Perfect length too. I recommend highly! Great intro to the historic city including places to eat, drink, dance and shop.

A fab way to see anathema on an e-bike. They were easy to use and the the guides really knowledgeable about the places visited. We managed to see places to go back to and stuff like restaurants and bars that you wouldn’t have know were there. Thank you, this tour was a highlight .

The electric bike tour was fantastic and we are so glad we did it on our first day in Athens to get our bearings. Rene was full of life, knowledge and care and really made the trip special and full of recommendations for other places to visit during our stay. The trip covered all the main attractions from Acropolis (including one of the best hidden viewing spots of this incredible monument), temple of Zeus, Botanic Gardens and lots more. The pace was fine and the effort needed was low. If you can ride a bike then you should do this tour.

We had a great time on our ebike tour. Dimitris was an amazing guide and we were able to get a good feel for the city. I would suggest booking at the beginning of your stay as they give you recommendations on where to go while visiting.

We had a really enjoyable cycling tour in Athens and would definitely recommend it. The route was well planned and allowed us to see many key sights while also exploring quieter streets we wouldn’t have found on our own.

The bike tour was incredible! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and kind. He shared history at each stop. It was truly a great way to experience the city. Day of the tour was chilly, still a great time, and our guide loaned his gloves to my friend. Highly recommend.

You get an awesome preview of Athens on bike. We did this tour the first day we arrived starting at 5 and ending at 8. The guide gave a great overview of the city. Karlolios was very knowledgeable. Be prepared to navigate areas with crowds and some tight spaces. But Karolios made sure we all made it ok.

We had a fantastic time. The tour company is named "Athens by Bike", in case there are other bike tours, so this is in regards to them specifically.
They kept our group to about 10 people, which is manageable. We received an ebike and helmet, everything in good condition. Our tour guide was Alex (it looks like they have 8-10 guides in total) Alex was funny and kept us entertained with light humor. His knowledge of Athens and the historical sites he brought us to was excellent as well. We rode most of the circuit of the Acropolis. Our first stop was at the National Observatory of Athens, which is to the west of the Acropolis. This afforded a spectacular view of the Areopagus and the Acropolis, a definite picture spot.
We also rode by the Ancient Agora of Athens as well as the Roman Agora, and we stopped at the square outside the Church of the Metropolitan for a break. Then we continued across to the National Garden area where we watched the changing of the guard.
Everything was very enjoyable and relaxed. Some things to note: Our longest break was at the square of the Metropolitan, where there are eateries. Bathrooms are hard to find there. Most of the route also seemed to lack bathrooms, so keep that in mind. Make sure you use the one at their office, the only easy one to find was outside the Olympic Stadium down from the Presidential Palace near the end of the tour, which lasts for about 2 hours.
The ride takes place on streets with average traffic as well as some areas with heavy pedestrian congestion. The ebikes are easy to use, they are pedal assist types and you can adjust how much it assists you, from 0 to the bike does most of the work. So as long as you can ride a bike, this will not be too hard for anyone.
Overall, we really enjoyed it, the cost was reasonable and the Athens by Bike people were great. I personally think that this is one of the first things one should do in the Acropolis area, as it can give you an overview of the sites and a feel for how to get around if you are able to pick up the geography of an area. I rate this a 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10, depending on how you rate things.

Fantastic tour! Not a huge group so it was easy to mingle and socialize. Our guide Kostas was soooo fun! He was full of information, fun facts, Greek mythology and took us to the best spots and viewpoints. The recommendations I got for what to do on my own later were clutch to my solo adventure day! 10/10 highly recommend this company and specifically Kostas as your guide ☺️☺️

Good e bike tour
Not to learn about history but a get a good glimpse of the city and our hike guide Charles took us to very nice panoramic points
Also he offered advice on restaurants and neighborhoods to visit to other fellow travelers seeking for specific information

This was a fantastic way to view the city. We did it on our first day in Athens so we could get the lay of the land. 90% off roads the rest of quite roads. Felt saft the entire way. Bikes were so much fun didn't feel like any effort at all.
