I texted what time I thought we would be off the ship. There was never a confirmation of the time.
The day before we docked I got a notice that the driver would be at dock ass
Soon as ship was able to deboard but would only wsit 15 minutes. I had to change my scheduled deboard time and rush off ship. This was at 9:10. We waited for the guy with sign. No one was there. We waited 20 minutes and walked all around looking for a person with our name…no one. We called the number given…it said not a working number. Finally, we got in long line for taxi.
I have used viator for tours and they were great. I do Not recommend them for Greece. Cost me twice as much and no service. I want my money back

The driver made us promptly at the cruise port with a sign with my name on it that was easily identifiable. Quickly pick this up and took us to a beautiful comfortable transport van and drove us very promptly to our destination point. He was patient drove safely and my family felt so comfortable that they took a short cat nap during the ride.

I highly recommend this service if you need a transfer from your hotel to the Athens airport. The van was very clean and spacious, and our driver was super helpful with all the luggage. Also, I had realized the day before we were to return home that I booked the service for the wrong date and they were quick to reaccommodate me through their chat feature on the app.

I called because the driver had not shown up. They were very nice, offered refund. Found that the driver was in traffic and they found a closer driver to pick us up.

The drive from the port to the hotel was great. The only negative is that we were waiting at the port door exit, and the driver was not there holding a sign with my name on it as indicated in Viator. I had to call him to find out where he was. He then came to us, and helped with our bags.
