The company was very flexible and responsive. A few weeks after I made the reservation, I needed to add two people and they handled that request quickly. When we arrived early at our destination, they responded immediately to my WhatsApp message and the driver adjusted his pick up time accordingly. Friendly and safe ride.

The driver arrived promptly at the designated time at the cruise port. We were a party of 11 with luggage and the vehicle provided was more than adequate. Prior communication was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Point A to point B with some solid commentary along the way. He dropped us on the opposite side of where I wanted to be but I did not know this until later. Had I been following in the map I could have corrected it.

Driver arrived early and vehicle was clean. The ride was safe. We had to re/route secondary to bicycle race.
I texted what time I thought we would be off the ship. There was never a confirmation of the time.
The day before we docked I got a notice that the driver would be at dock ass
Soon as ship was able to deboard but would only wsit 15 minutes. I had to change my scheduled deboard time and rush off ship. This was at 9:10. We waited for the guy with sign. No one was there. We waited 20 minutes and walked all around looking for a person with our name…no one. We called the number given…it said not a working number. Finally, we got in long line for taxi.
I have used viator for tours and they were great. I do Not recommend them for Greece. Cost me twice as much and no service. I want my money back
Timely, courtesy, professional. Very nice vehicle with plenty of room for our group of 8. Definitely recommend.
On time and truly one of the nicest drivers we have had. We will definitely book this service again!
The driver made us promptly at the cruise port with a sign with my name on it that was easily identifiable. Quickly pick this up and took us to a beautiful comfortable transport van and drove us very promptly to our destination point. He was patient drove safely and my family felt so comfortable that they took a short cat nap during the ride.
A very kind and professional driver. Would recommend. He was on time and helped with our heavy bags.

I highly recommend this service if you need a transfer from your hotel to the Athens airport. The van was very clean and spacious, and our driver was super helpful with all the luggage.
