I called because the driver had not shown up. They were very nice, offered refund. Found that the driver was in traffic and they found a closer driver to pick us up.

The drive from the port to the hotel was great. The only negative is that we were waiting at the port door exit, and the driver was not there holding a sign with my name on it as indicated in Viator. I had to call him to find out where he was. He then came to us, and helped with our bags.

We booked pick up at the cruise ship at 8:00. We got off the ship at 7:30 just so we wouldn’t be late. He texted that he was coming but he was 15 minutes late! We had a tour to catch and I didn’t want to be late. He didn’t talk to us at all - if I were you I would just use Uber and call a taxi — it’s the same thing anyway in Athens.

Our driver arrived promptly at the port for our family of 7 with a van that could accommodate all our luggage. Drove us to our hotel in the city center. He was courteous and pointed out certain landmarks along the way.
