The driver never showed up. We had to call multiple times and then waited almost an hour for our driver. In the end, they sent a taxi driver which we could have just ordered ourselves. The taxi driver was nice and the drive was fine, but there were no apologies from the company or ownership from them for their screwup.

We’d like to clarify that the total time from your flight landing to your car departure was approximately one hour, of which you waited about 15 minutes in the arrival hall. Unfortunately, your assigned driver experienced a car issue en route to the airport, and to ensure you didn’t lose your transfer, we immediately arranged a replacement taxi at no extra cost to you.

The driver didn't show for the pickup. We waited 20 mins past our pickup time and no driver. I called the contact number on the reservation 4 times and no one answered the call. I ended up having to take a taxi to hotel. I was advised driver arrived late. The time driver supposedly arrived I was still in terminal.
I asked for a refund and they are refusing to provide. I am canceling my other 2 bookings with this company.
Very disappointed
Vacation started off on a bad note.

After so many hours of flying, it was very disappointing that our driver never showed up, noone answered the phone. We waited for over one hour at the airport, called several the company several times and to no avail no response. Two different representative from Viator tried to reach someone at the transport company and they too were unable to talk with someone. We had to take a taxi from the airport. I expect to be fully refunded.

our plane was delayed. We called and informed them the night before that would be a three hours late. The manager said that was OK. They would follow the flight and be there, The driver came to the airport and left without us. We had no ride home. I called several times. They would not come back and pick us up horrible horrible service. They did not follow our flight pattern. It wasn't our fault we were late. Won't you say that again come. Three hours later came and left. We had no ride to the hotel I called. It's been several hours on the phone. No one would pick us up.

Our flight was 4 hours late. The e mail from Viator said they monitored the flights and driver would be in baggage claim with a sign that had our name on it. We walked the entire arrivals area theee times no driver we tried calling the local operator however, only chat was available. We tried chatting for more than an hour with no response. We called the national visitor and even they could not get in touch with the local operator. Since they could not get in touch with the local they suggested taking a cab. Bistro is investigating this and 2 days later we don’t know if they will refund our money.

In this case, the flight was delayed by four hours, which unfortunately is beyond the waiting window included in the service. For this reason, the driver was no longer able to remain at the airport.

We had to wait 40 minutes for the driver to show up. Then he said it was our fault because he was waiting for us in the parking lot. But we had no instructions to go to the parking lot. Our instructions said our driver would be waiting holding a sign with our name. Eventually he arrived.

Driver was not there when we arrived. He claims he waited fro an hour and twenty minutes for us. I previously sent a message that we would arrive at 6:15 and hd to go through security and baggage claim. I had no idea how long that would take. We were in the waiting area at 7:15, he was not there and he never called. I tried to call the number given several times with no answer. They refuse to refund me for a service they did not provide. Viator refuses to help me or refund me for one of their vendors essentially stealing money, believing the vendor over a customer. I will not use Viator again nor TripAdvisor because I can't trust they will have my back when a vendor lies and steals. Horrible experience, never again.

If you are in need of a transfer service where you are absolutely certain you won't have any carrier delays (e.g. flight, ferry, etc), then this may be fine for you. Otherwise, DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE. Not only is the operator wholly rude and unprofessional, Viator will not do anything either and they are aware that this vendor is difficult and unaccommodating. My flight was delayed on the tarmac, and I had no service to contact anyone to let them know. The fact that you have to provide your flight information AND the fact that the advertisement explicitly states that your flight will be tracked means absolutely nothing. If you're still feeling brave after this review, please book your reservation with a credit card so that you can at least have recourse by disputing the charge and potentially getting your money back. Viator certainly doesn't care because they'll get their commission fees either way.

I was unable to locate my driver at Athens airport. I walked all over inside and outside. I requested help from airport personnel. They pointed out that there was no company name or phone number on my ticket. This was also the case on my email. I had to secure alternative transportation at higher cost.

Our international flight was delayed beyond our control. When we arrived at airport, there was no communication. I finally went to the viator app to contact them. They said since we were late they did not wait for us. However, in the description of what was offered, they clearly state that they will monitor the flight so that they are on time for pickup. If they had monitored the flight as promised, they would have picked us up. Instead we received a response of, "sorry we are not coming, please enjoy your trip." So if you want wind up in a foreign country without a ride because they don't uphold their agreement, then book this horrible company.

Sitting outside 2 hours on your bday trip no answer no response and no ride. I arrived in ATH 6pm looking for somebody with my name nobody tired call on what’s app and texting no response asked for a refund no respond two hours later talking about I booked for 6am which makes no since I work for the airlines there’s no 6am flight coming in
